Who’s advising Putin as the western banking cartel loses control?

This recent article discusses the maneuvering going on behind the scenes, particularly by Russia, in anticipation of the western banking cartel losing its grip on the world economy. The whole article is worth reading, but I've excerpted comments about Putin that were especially intriguing considering earlier Forum discussions I've included below. (Bold emphasis is mine)

Putin never starts anything but as a master martial artist and chess-player he makes the wisest, most strategic moves in defense. And the result of this recent chess move by Putin has been as effective as his unexpected decision to honor Assad’s request for help fight the ISIS terrorist army, a proxy army of the Western Economic Forces.

It is almost as if Putin has had someone or something advising him that is incredibly intelligent. Add to this the very advanced defensive electronic warfare weapons systems which the Russian Federation is now manufacturing and one begins to wonder just who, or what is now assisting the Russian Federation. That subject will be explored in a future article and it will take any reader pretty far down the Rabbit Hole because some of the facts we now know about it are actually very, very strange and really quite hard to fathom.

This new group that emerged and appeared on the scene at G20 with a significant presence and apparent power is different than the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia (RKM) which has held the World captive for at least the last 300 years. This new group appears to be aligned with the Russian Federation and a sector hidden deep inside some unacknowledged special-access deep-black US Defense contractor programs.

And some insiders who know claim that the model for correction this group uses is based on obtaining consent person by person [i.e. STO] and influencing groups and nations to take action, thereby avoiding any direct action themselves.

We can only hope this new power control group that is now asserting itself through the Russian Federation and some deep-black elements in certain unacknowledged American defense contractors plans to assist humanity by sharing its advanced technology for peaceful purposes. And the best immediate help it could provide would be to quickly roll out cheap “free energy” by deploying zero point, Helium3, or some other new type of ultra-efficient, inexpensive energy technology.

This would quickly end the World’s dependence on crude oil, internal combustion engines and nuclear power. It would create major technological advances and whole new industries with plenty of new decent paying jobs.

The C's said -but yes in the sense of conscience-, so if he's not controlled or manipulated to a great extent by negative forces, that could mean that some higher positive forces are assisting him in some way through his mind and heart and that this process is simply natural, as a free will and choices.

I agree with Joe.

Generally I would say what Putin and his team are doing and why and how can be described in great part by this phrase:

"In Times Of Universal Deceit, Telling The Truth Becomes A Revolutionary Act"

A bit more about the phrase itself and its implications today:

Though widely attributed to George Orwell, there seems to be no evidence he ever wrote or even spoke the phrase. Among other works, Orwell wrote the novel "1984" which described a nightmarish totalitarian police state in which the government habitually lied to the people and waged a senseless endless war with countless unmanned bombs raining down from the skies to aid their grip on absolute power. The state of war justified revoking human rights and spying on citizens everywhere they went, even in their homes. Unorthodox thoughts, let alone speech or written word, were considered a serious crime. Everyone was commanded to not only accept, but learn to love Big Brother, the symbolic embodiment of the government, as their source of security, wisdom, food and shelter.

So, if you read this quote in an Orwellian context, who DID write that all political speech & writings are by nature a fog of lies, and who was evidently dedicated to economic justice & personal freedoms, you can probably assume the actual author of this quote intended “revolutionary” to imply: seditious, subversive, advocating radical change...to speak the “truth” when nearly everyone is living in an artificial fantasy world can be perceived as an attack on the fantasy and those feeding us the “lies”, be they governments, religions, corporations – anyone having the money, power and desire to control the spread of information and ideas.

An actual Orwell quote: “If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.”

So most of what Putin and Co. are doing, does not necessarily have to have anything to do with some very secret advising or knowledge. You just have to observe reality fairly closely, and history as well, to get to similar conclusions and actions. All you need is a firm foot on the ground, a good co-liniar team that helps you with it and the means and will to do it. That seems to be exactly where and how Putin and Co. get most of their inspiration: By close observation of actual reality and acting on that knowledge.

Of course Putins deep training in various fields, like intelligence (being a spy for the KGB for several decades and later the head of the FSB for over a year), law (being a former lawyer), martial arts (black belt in judo) etc. and sourounding himself with loyal people with a similar training, is contributing big time to his way of seeing and handling things.

Without it, he propably wouldn't have achieved what he has now for over 15 years. In short: Putin knows exactly how the game is played by experience and uses it for his purposes to expose the empire for what it is. In fact, Putin an Co., really have no other option there. That is a natural outcome of being confronted with a hegemonic empire (a big petty tyrant) and people in positions and in possesion of knowledge an will, to do something about it (aka. the russian government under Putin).

In this day and age, all you need to do, is to pay close attention to reality, via critical thinking and simple logic to come to similar conclusions to what ad how Putin and Co. manage to do. The internet is certainly a not insignificant part of it (if used and approached correctly).

Doesn't mean though that Putin and Co. do not derive some of their knowledge and way of actions from "secret" sources, the general public has no access to, just that most of what they do, can be explained by simple logic, based on conscience and knowledge on how the system works, and will to do something, without even needing a "secret adviser".

For me it look like VT is trying to interpret the Russian situation through what they know, ie the US situation. They try to apply it on the Russian side.
