"WW4", not "WW3"

Hello,

A quick post to inquire on a specific, that I believe is wrong: World War 3.

In the book "The secret team"; by L. Fletcher Prouty, he quotes a person, as follows:

The Cold War has been the most expensive war in history. R.
Buckminister Fuller has written in Grunch of Giants:

We can very properly call World War I the million dollar war and
World War II the billion dollar war and World War III (Cold War) the
trillion dollar war.

It appears that the Cold war was "Word war 3"; I assume that a "world war" means something susceptible of jeopardizing the whole world's stability (or alternatively a war on an international scale).

Here and there, we seldom hear of the possibility of an upcoming World war 3. I know that for many, arguing about the "number" may be a small matter - but it could matter, than to be aligned with the fact that a third world war already erupted in the past.

I just noticed the recent predictions from the Polish medium, in another thread; he speaks of the possibility of WW3. I greatly appreciate his takes and predictions and don't want to criticize him; it's just that on a matter seemingly requiring to "tap" into the "ether" ("knowing", "seeing", the Akashic records, etc)... Well ... a person aligned with the idea that world war 3 is something that which "remains to unfold" - will seek data on it. And, technically, the "ether", the Akashic records already "have" a "world war 3" box (cold war).

I notice a slight detail here that could matter, depending. And overall, I feel that we like than to be aligned with "what is", so speaking of WW4 may be more suitable (because aligned with reality). It's a bit like "Merry Caesar-mas"

You're right to raise this point. The Cold War was a war, the name indicates it, and the name means exactly what it says: a war against communism or socialism. With deaths, many deaths. A huge number of deaths. Just a quick reminder: the war against North Korea, for example. Or Operation Condor in South America. The Vietnam War. operation Gladio.... And so on, because what they did in the name of a Cold War is depressing, because they simply so hypocritically and mercilessly killed people that wanted to become socialist or communist. Genocides, massacres, torture. So, a war in all its splendor of violence.

I had a friend who always said, when we talked about the next third world war: but we're already there!

Thank you for the kind comment!

Each time I read somebody stating: "Oh my - ww3 is at the horizon" or "ww3 is about to erupt" - my mind gets back at the quote and the effect is very funny. I relativize the "emotional" that is sometimes triggered.

"Oh-ho it's coming" - World War 3 - the big one :cool2:

Wait - wasn't it .. in the 60's? So.. What exactly are we talking about here?! Surely not WW3.

[At this precise moment I would kind of think of watering my plants]

I agree that it's a serious thing, but the "powder keg" aspect takes a hit in terms of credibility. It's always experts, sweating and announcing the apocalypse. in fact they even don't know what they are talking about. I mean - a basic historical fact, that most academics could know about.

It's funny - all those "Hitler is back" things & alike, which kind of push on the "fear of a world war"... All the symbols and caricatures. "The shadow of world war". All are fundamentally off-track in a very important aspect.

In other words, my world view features:

X ----- X --||---------------------------------> "The modern world of today"

Two chunks, akin to a "dirty little secret", "dark ages of the past". Guilt, dust, old, are among the many qualificatives that I see belonging to those two wars.

In fact it goes like:

X --- X --- X --- Today

First is a subjective linear chronology in terms of history; how I represent it to myself shows this, a basic two-chunk history.

I yield meaning to myself, from such "linear idea", and it's not good because it's not representative of what happened. The meaning that I reflect on, is not exact.

It's like a missing chunk of importance, between how we perceive ourselves today - and the past.

One can also argue that, in the West, we are currently living a war against the people, like Claire Severac said. But this one is not named in the MSM.
