WWII Surrender date Whistleblower?

WW2 whitle-blower journalist was fired, removed from
Europe, and vilified by allied censors for unofficially
announcing the actual day of Nazi surrender, foiling
allied plans to to announce Nazi surrender in Berlin a
day later, as requested by Stalin.

In the future, you can save the image to your
desktop, then use an image viewer to read. I
was not able to reduce the image without
compromising readability. Maybe there is a
way, but I have yet to figure it out.

EDIT: The image is reduced in size, significantly.
