X class solar flare and sun exposure?

should one avoid being out in the sun during a X class or should one try to catch a much rays as possible for DNA upgrade?

its beautiful and sunny here and I just spent a good hour in the garden weeding and preparing garden beds...had to come in cause it got to hot for me

i don't know if the "DNA upgrade" can be favoured by a sunburn (i've got them all my life lol). However, the upper atmosphere is opaque to X radiation. In the last two solar cycles there were more activity and eruptions even more spectacular than now (we are in a relatively modest activity cycle) but people didn't notice at the time. But, better live normally and be careful to over-exposition ar the same time :)
