What's the weather where you are?

The sun has returned to South Central France though it is still just warm today. Supposed to get hot tomorrow and for a couple following days, then rain again. We'll see. All in all, not normal July weather.

After a couple of days of 34- 36 C on Northern Eastern Spain, the temperatures dropped to 6-8 C. That was crazy hot and then chilly!

Seems to be the same pattern almost everywhere. Here in southwest Germany we had a couple of really hot days and nights around 32°C and then suddenly (in a matter of just one day or so) the air temperature cooled down to something like 13°C to 15°C during the day and even colder during the night.

Those extreme shifts in temperatures and weather patterns, in a very short period of time, have become the new normal it seems, all around the globe.

Pierre explained why and how that happens in his book Earth Changes and the Human Cosmic Connection, a couple of years ago.

A big part of why that is happening is likely the slowing down of the jet streams.
As Pierre explains, the meandering downswings of the jet stream, to ever more low latitudes, causes exactly those kind of extreme weather patterns.

The times of long, steady and predictable weather and temperature patterns seem to be over: No real seasons anymore and if they are there, they are either delayed or premature.

And by the way, the northern jetstream meanders so far south now, as we have never seen before:

https://www.sott.net/article/321307-Jet-streams-cross-equator-with-climate-chaos-predicted

It just seems to be the beginning and it very much looks like the weather chaos that precedes an ice age.

Finally got some much needed rain here in SE Florida! No rain for two weeks, not usual July weather, although it has stayed in the low nineties with high humidity. Plants and garden really liked the good rain!

Overcast Boorah in Split today with thunders and rain so those party people at Ultra festival will get some unexpected chill-out

Here in Western North Carolina, USA, it's been consistent for all of July: hot and humid with temps in the mid-80s along with daily thunderstorms that start usually around 4-5pm. When it does rain, it comes down very hard and the thunder and lightning can be intense. Sometimes it lasts a while, other times it ends in less than an hour. Either way, it feels like there's a lot of intensity and electricity in the atmosphere.

West of Ukraine, in Hungary, East of Austria: Medium strength winds blowing some cool rain into your face: down to 16°C from 32°C. Very welcome refreshing change after last week's sweltering heat. Sadly, temperatures will go up again next week.

Weather mirroring the turbulent changes, chaos in Nice and Turkey and everywhere.

Yesterday a very comfortable 25'C. Current temps around 16' Celsius at this moment with a light breezes of 01.5 knots from the SSE. Early morning dew on the car as well.

The higher level hills are green as to the past seasons that would have been brown. Happy gardening.

Easier if you just say where you are - general location will do - than for peeps to have to click links and wait for pages to load when the net is slow and all that. External considering.

Copy.

Thought it would be easier than pasting and loading for forum members. This area is rather obscure unless one is from France.
Will work on this advice, and I'm appreciative of your insight and recommendations.

Here along the 51st latitude in Western Canada, for much of the whole moon cycle, it has been very wet and cool - like fall cool. Even before this cycle it was wet and cool, with frost.

In the Calgary area there was snow/hail and tornado signatures. Possible tornado warnings are in effect for tomorrow in southern Alberta. The moon cycle is about to change again and there may be a return to more seasonal weather, however, I don't recall a spread of moisture and cool weather to this extent in July before.

Quite rainy here in Novosibirsk, Siberia today. Here are some photos... :boat:
