Putin Recognizes Donbass Republics, Sends Russian Military to 'Denazify' Ukraine

The ease in joining Ukrainian militias is not something new. We had a recruitment center next doors for the Afghanistan's Mudjahidin in broad daylight, and 100m away from the police station. Usually these operations are supervised by "intelligence" agencies.

From my post about the "100 Americans" (or ~20,000 worldwide) joining the 'Ukrainian' army:

The combatants have first to get themselves to Poland, then cross the Polish-Ukrainian border at a specified point. They are given weapons on arrival in Ukraine, but are expected to provide their own protective gear.

Well, with all the weapons that have been donated to the cause, that side is covered. But for those who do not have their own armour, I guess that's now covered too (Vice News report):

A volunteer army, 'donated' armour and weapons; so many strings attached with nobody being accountable. And now, the US is expected to pass a bill this week on a $13.6 Billion 'aid' package for Ukraine. Where does all the money come from? If money is supposed to be the symbol of power on this planet, what does the symbol mean when the money becomes valueless?

US lawmakers expect to pass a $13.6 billion Ukraine aid package this week. Here's what is in it.

Here's a look at what is in the bill and how the Ukraine aid is expected to be spent:

  • About $6.5 billion in military aid so the US Department of Defense can deploy troops to the region and send defense equipment to Ukraine.
  • More than $4 billion in humanitarian aid to provide support for refugees fleeing Ukraine and people displaced within the country as well as provide emergency food assistance, health care and urgent support for vulnerable communities inside the region
  • Nearly $1.8 billion in economic aid to help respond to the financial needs in Ukraine and neighboring countries, like cybersecurity and energy issues.
The bill also calls for $25 million for the US Agency for Global Media, an independent federal agency, to combat disinformation in news broadcasts abroad.

Another $120 million would help support local Ukraine activists and journalists and promote accountability for Russian human rights violations.

* Private Us military companies like Blackwater Academi and Dyncorp are training 'international nazi jihad' (mercenaries) in Poland.

* During 80's jihad Peshawar was the central hub where militants would go through to receive weapons, money, rations etc before going to the front. All paid by Saudi Arabia and the CIA. Paquistanese secret service was in charge of logistics. Some areas of Poland are today's Peshawar. The CIA is replaying what they've done in Afghanistan 40 years ago.

* The Ukrainian army has been 'decapitated', that is, they no longer have a chain of command from Kiev because the Russians destroyed their internal comms. Scattered groups do what they can to organize among themselves. One reason for Russia to keep the internet working in Ukraine is because they can intercept any military communication carried out through it.

* SBU and Azov are at war internally to see who calls the shots. No one knows who and how is actually calling the shots in each specific region.

* About biolabs he recommends reading journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva. Article mentioned: "Documents expose US biological experiments on allied soldiers in Ukraine and Georgia".

* He returns to the topic of 'international nazi jihad' citing Isis and Jabhat al-Nusrah arriving in Poland two days ago. When asked if Kolomoisky is behind it, says that only indirectly. Mentions Azov's leader, shadowy oligarchs and Ukrainian gangs as main backers.

* Compares Ukraine to a Slavic Libya, in terms of it being a failed state overrun by gangs.

* Asks for support for the news outlet thecradle.co, headquartered in Beirut and under constant attack.

* He mentions the 'masters of the financial universe', such as JP Morgan's Jamie Dimon and Ray Dalio, being afraid of a perfect storm: hyperinflation, oil crisis much larger than 1973, food crisis, and the breakdown of the derivatives 'pyramid' that holds the international financial system in place, in which case there would be civil war and everyone gets screwed, even the masters. He received news from New York that JP Morgan thinks the sanctions are 'absurd' and is pressuring the Democrats to the tune of 'these sanctions are not the way to go, you are going to assassinate our own economy'.

* Given Zelensky's decree authorizing any Ukrainian citizen to pick up arms to 'defend the nation', he argues that the Russians might eventually lose their patience and treat this as the enemy basically 'authorizing' civilian casualties, as Zelensky effectively turned the entire nation into fighters, meaning that there are no longer 'innocent civilians'. This could come into play when clearing up areas encircled by human shields. He emphasizes that the Russians do not want to do this, but they might eventually decide to as a means to achieve victory in a given time frame if there is no surrender in sight.

Hard to comprehend this. What is real? Is this a fake? Is the war at least somewhat faked? Certainly there is propaganda that is fake. Wag the Dog Deep Fake? Some of it must be fake but how much? It merges into fake crisis actor/flat earth territory so the mind might say "impossible", and yet.... Almost none of us are there to see with our own eyes. I know I have snooped in on scenarios our illustrious governor in Oregon told us were true only to see it was a massive lie to ramp up hysteria and fear. One thing for sure: it is destabilizing to the mind.

Some of it maybe fake for propaganda purposes but the conflict itself and casualties are real. It is just the extent and the exact number of casualties that is unknown. I know people who are stranded in no man's land, can't go forward, can't move back, undecided as of yet what they should do, a lot lot lot of civilians yet to be evacuated from the hot zones, I know real people who had lost contact with friends over there. Nobody knows their fate. Just please have some respect people.

Day 5 update from Russ Bentley; interviewed (along with a german woman named Alina Lipp) by Regis Tremblay - an American ex-pat living Crimea:

There’s a rather funny exchange regarding a question about NATO countries delivering arms and supplies to the Ukrainian army and since the Russian military controls the airspace and therefore airports too the response was something like - yes, good, let them because Russian military could use them!

On which I had been thinking on - how do they plan to send these armaments? Sounds like the typical Western sabre rattling hubris with which they have no clue about the logistics involved - but it gets the people all riled up. Plus with all the mandates and lockdowns lifted hear come the riots again… 🙄

Anyway, lots of intriguing info on the current situation in this video from people with an ear on the ground…
Looks like Russell Bentley’s site got scrubbed from YT 🙄😔 Anyone know he’s posting elsewhere?

About the censorship going on...

I was trying out a new browser, and so I searched 'Cassiopeia forum' to come here to the forum to see how the browser worked. It had the default search engine set on Google, and I get this Capcha popup as a result, and says something to the effect that they wanted to verify that I indeed entered this search query. Of course I did!

I changed the search engine to another one. But aside from censorship, maybe they want to blacklist and cast suspicions too, after they block all they can.

WHO advised Kiev to destroy disease-causing pathogens – media

11 Mar, 2022
The UN agency reportedly warned Ukraine about the potential spread of dangerous diseases unless it destroys research materials

The World Health Organization (WHO) has reportedly told Kiev to dispose of dangerous research materials kept in laboratories around the country to prevent the pathogens from being leaked or “accidentally” released.

The UN agency revealed the details behind its recommendation to Ukraine in statements to Reuters and Russia’s TASS news agency on Friday.

“As part of this work, WHO has strongly recommended to the Ministry of Health in Ukraine and other responsible bodies to destroy high-threat pathogens to prevent any potential spills,” the UN agency stated, as quoted by Reuters. It specified neither the nature of materials that should be destroyed, nor the date when it gave the advice.

The agency only reportedly told Reuters that it had been working with Kiev for “several years” to make sure “accidental or deliberate release of pathogens” never happens.

The Russian military previously accused Washington of creating and funding a network of “biolabs” in Ukraine as part of an alleged bioweapons program. Russia’s Ministry of Defense claimed on Thursday that documents it seized in Ukraine’s research facilities suggest that the US was planning to “work on bird, bat and reptile pathogens,” and potentially study whether these animals could transmit such dangerous diseases as an African swine fever virus and anthrax.

On Friday, Moscow called for the UN Security Council to convene to discuss alleged US-backed biological weapons programs in Ukraine.

The US and Ukranian governments have both vehemently denied the claims, insisting that no bioweapons program has ever existed in Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelesky stated on Friday that most of his country’s bio-research facilities were inherited from the Soviet times, and were “focused on civilian science.”

On Thursday, US Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines admitted that Washington had “provided assistance” to the labs, but insisted that it was strictly “in the context of biosafety.”

It was said by Russian ministry that neonazies in Ukraine may use chemical weapon, near Kharkiv, as a provocation in order to blame Russia for that.
Todays morning Zlensky give a speech

No chemical weapon or any other weapons of mass destruction Ukraine were developed in Ukraine, the country's President said today, warning Russia that the use of biological weapons against his country will invite the "most severe sanctions".
President Volodymyr Zelensky reaction came after Russia accused his country of conducting research into the development of biological weapons.

"I am the President of an adequate country, an adequate nation. And the father of two children. And no chemical or any other weapons of mass destruction were developed on my land," Zelensky said in a video posted on Friday morning.

He said that if you want to know the plan of Russia, check in what they accuse others..
Everything is upside down.
Interesting why they cutted this video with Zelesnsky speech like a 15 minutes ago.
It was 11 minutes long, they left only few words .

More than 16,000 foreign fighters, many of them from the Middle East and experienced in fighting against jihadists, want to go to Ukraine and join the forces of the Russia-backed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Russia’s defense minister claimed on Friday. During a meeting of the National Security Council, he suggested giving them the green light.
“We believe it would be right to positively respond to those requests, especially since they are doing it not for money, but because that is their wish. We know many of those people – they helped us fight against ISIL [the terrorist group Islamic State] at the most difficult time in the past 10 years,” Sergey Shoigu recalled.
President Vladimir Putin said he supported the idea, pointing out that Russia’s opponents in Ukraine were similarly recruiting foreign volunteers.
“The Western sponsors of Ukraine, of the Ukrainian regime, don’t hide it, do it in the open, in violation of international law,” Putin said, after labeling foreign fighters traveling to fight for Ukraine “mercenaries.”
Kiev has allowed foreign volunteers to come to Ukraine and fight against Russian troops there. Some Western nations warned their active-duty military service members against responding to the call. Nonetheless, Kiev claims some 20,000 foreign citizens from 52 nations have agreed to help its cause.
Later in the day, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that the volunteers discussed at the Security Council meeting would come from the Middle East, and particularly from Syria. He stressed that there had been no discussion about allowing Russian citizens to go to the frontline in a voluntary capacity.
During the meeting in Moscow, Shoigu also suggested arming with more advanced weapons the forces of Ukraine’s breakaway regions, which Moscow has recognized as sovereign states. He said Russian troops had captured plenty of military hardware from Ukraine, including West-supplied anti-aircraft and anti-tank portable missiles, which, he said, the rebels could put to good use.
The Russian president also approved this proposal, saying he would sign the relevant orders if needed.

The minister also raised the issue of NATO buildup in Eastern Europe, which has been done amid the hostilities in Ukraine. The Russian military has plans on how to counter it, Shoigu reported. Putin said this issue required further deliberation.
Moscow attacked its neighbor in late February, following a seven-year standoff over Ukraine’s failure to implement the terms of the Minsk agreements, and Russia’s eventual recognition of the Donbass republics in Donetsk and Lugansk. The German- and French-brokered protocols had been designed to regularize the status of those regions within the Ukrainian state.
Russia has now demanded that Ukraine officially declare itself a neutral country that will never join the US-led NATO military bloc. Kiev insists the Russian offensive was completely unprovoked and has denied claims it was planning to retake the two republics by force.

Russia should arm its allies in the breakaway republics of Donetsk and Lugansk with weapons captured from the Ukrainian armed forces, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu suggested on Friday. The rebels would put to good use the arms, including West-supplied missiles, the official told the Security Council of Russia.
“We have accumulated plenty of Ukrainian weapons, including tanks, armored vehicles, all kinds of small arms in large quantities, [and] artillery. We also have many Javelin and Stinger systems,” the minister reported. He named the US-made portable anti-aircraft and anti-tank missiles, which Washington and its allies airlifted to Kiev en masse ahead of the hostilities.
“There is a proposal to hand it over to the militias of the Lugansk and Donetsk republics so that they could more effectively defend themselves,” Shoigu said.

He also implied the rebels could benefit from advanced Russian-made weapons, including air defense and anti-tank systems. President Vladimir Putin approved the ideas, saying he will sign the relevant orders, if necessary.
