Putin Recognizes Donbass Republics, Sends Russian Military to 'Denazify' Ukraine

Absolutely no way the Russians could have expected this level of economic and cultural response. It's without limits.

I'm pretty sure they fully expected it. And how could they not, having watched the US closely for 20 years. It's all "sound and fury, signifying nothing."

I don’t know about you, but this is so profound for me.

Good example of what I was just saying. Russia has the West's number. They tried to be friends, even pretend friends, but no one was interested, quite the opposite in fact. So Russia is in the process of divorcing the West, permanently. They have played an intelligent game, giving the West more than enough rope to hang itself, which it appears, in their delusion, they are rushing headlong to do.

Just a reminder of some old news:

6 reasons the Air Force wants to get its hands on Russian DNA

"The samples must be free of sexually transmitted diseases and musculoskeletal injuries. The most interesting part was the requirement that all the samples be from Russia and be Caucasian – Ukrainian blood, RNA, and tissue samples will not be accepted. This recently raised a few eyebrows in Russia."

US Tried to Fund Bio Labs in Ukraine as Early as 2005, Records Show

Moscow has unveiled evidence that Kiev ordered several bio laboratories, which received US funding, to destroy samples of dangerous pathogens. Russia's Defence Ministry says it has proof that these bio labs were working on biological weapons targeting certain ethnicities. Both Kiev and Washington deny it.

The US government has been dodging questions for some time about the fact that it funded biolabs in Ukraine, until Under-Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Victoria Nuland, admitted on 8 March that Washington did provide assistance to these laboratories (but still avoided confirming accusations by Russia that Kiev developed biological weapons there). It is not clear what took the US so long – especially since it knew perfectly well about at least one such lab for more than a decade.

Thanks to the work of the US Armed Forces' Counterproliferation Center, a media clipping was preserved from 17 June 2010, telling how then-US Senator Richard Lugar "applauded the opening of the Interim Central Reference Laboratory (ICRL) in Odessa, Ukraine".

According to the article, originally published by BioPrepWatch.com (and preserved only in web archives and the Counterproliferation Center clippings), the facility was a level-3 bio-safety lab – meaning it was equipped to handle the most dangerous pathogens on Earth, such as anthrax and Q fever. It was specifically designed to research these pathogens, the article said citing the late senator.

"The continuing cooperation of Nunn-Lugar partners has improved safety for all people against weapons of mass destruction and potential terrorist use, in addition to advancements in the prevention of pandemics and public health consequences", Lugar said at the time.

Moreover, talks about establishing the ICRL in Ukraine date back even further – to 2005, according to an archived Nunn-Lugar Report edition from August that year. Back then, Lugar and (at that time) fellow senator Barack Obama were coordinating efforts with Ukrainian authorities to study and help to prevent the spread of avian flu. Coincidentally, avian flu was one of the pathogens that Kiev's laboratories were studying in the context of potential spread of dangerous pathogens via bird migration from Ukraine to Russia, Russian Defence Ministry findings suggested.

Eventually, Ukraine signed an agreement with the US under the Nunn–Lugar Act, which sought to remove weapons of mass destruction from the former soviet states, and agreed to the construction of a modern laboratory for handling and studying dangerous pathogens on its territory.

Despite eventually admitting the presence of the US-funded bio laboratories in Ukraine, Victoria Nuland did not consider Russia's accusations about experiments on modifying dangerous pathogens and turning them into biological weapons. At the same time, she said Washington was "quite concerned" with the prospect of Russian military seizing these laboratories during their special operation on the Ukrainian territory.

CIA Director William Burns claimed that Ukraine conducts no research on dangerous pathogen that could be used in biological weapons. He dismissed the Russian military's statements as "propaganda" and a possible pretext for "false flag operations". The World Health Organisation, in turn, called on Ukraine to destroy high-threat pathogens housed in its laboratories – citing the need to prevent "accidental or deliberate release".

'We Will Continue Our Work': Rossiya Segodnya Slams YouTube Over Decision to Block Channels

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Youtube channels of the Rossiya Segodnya media group, in particular RIA Novosti and Sputnik, are now blocked on the platform, the agency's press service reported.

"YouTube announced the immediate blocking of Russian state media channels around the world. The channels of the Rossiya Segodnya media group are also blocked on YouTube," the statement says.

In particular, RIA Novosti and Radio Sputnik channels have been blocked, it added.

"We will continue our work until the last reader. And what is happening in Western social networks is lawlessness and a violation of any principles of freedom of speech and democracy, so promoted by them," the agency declared.

Google's video hosting platform earlier blocked access to channels linked to Russian state-owned media, citing a guideline against anything that rejects well-documented violence.

The company has already banned over 1,000 channels and 15,000 videos for "violating not only our hate speech policy, but also our policies on misinformation, graphic content, and more," according to the statement.
YouTube also announced that all monetization options on the platform have been disabled in Russia, following the suspension of all video commercials in the country.

Earlier this month, YouTube began pulling Sputnik and RT's YouTube channels across Europe, in line with EU anti-Russia sanctions implemented in response to the Kremlin's military operation in Ukraine.

After the breakaway Donbass republics requested assistance in defending themselves against Ukrainian military assets, Moscow initiated a special military operation in Ukraine on February 24. As a result, Western countries launched a broad anti-Russia sanctions campaign. Due to regional insecurity, most multinational corporations have halted operations in Russia.

Scottish Nationalists Invent 'Ukrainian Tartan' in Sartorial Solidarity Stunt

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon backed calls for a NATO 'no-fly zone' over Ukraine this week, despite warnings from UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and US President Joe Biden that the move could lead to a war between nuclear powers.

The Scottish National Party (SNP) has found a new way to show its solidarity with Ukraine — in tartan form.

Edinburgh Central MSP Angus Robertson tweeted on Friday an image of what he suggested was a new weave of the traditional textile, saying it combined the colours of the Ukrainian flag with the Scottish saltire of St Andrew.

"Ukraine forever" Robertson proclaimed of the woolen token in opposition to Russia's 'de-Nazification' campaign.

Conservative MP Michael Fabricant urged Robertson to "persuade your Westminster colleagues to wear it," pledging that if their Parliamentary leader Ian Blackford dons a kilt sewn from it at the weekly Prime Minister's Questions, "I'll cheer him instead of groan!"

On Thursday, Nicola Sturgeon, SNP leader and the nation's First Minister, joined calls for NATO to impose a 'no-fly zone' over Ukraine — which could turn the US-dominated alliance into direct conflict with Russia.

Sturgeon previously supported attempts by separatists in Spain's Cataluña region to organise an independence referendum. Her predecessor, Alex Salmond, opposed the 1999 NATO bombing campaign against Serbia in support of Kosovar separatists, and until the current conflict presented a talk show on Russia's state-owned RT TV from its London studios.

Robertson was born in Wimbledon, south-west London, to a Scottish father and a German mother — whose tongue he speaks fluently. He joined the SNP at 15 with the assistance of Charlie Reid of the Scottish nationalist folk group The Proclaimers.

The pro-independence MSP represented the UK Parliamentary seat of Moray in Westminster from 2001 to 2017, and was simultaneously the SNP spokesman on both defence and foreign affairs from 2001 to 2015. Robertson lost his seat to current Scottish Conservatives leader Douglas Ross at the 2017 snap general election.

Just installed Telegram and saw this post from Russian MFA, Zarharova’s statement is so on point and hilariously blunt in that Russian way I love 😭:

💬 #Zakharova: We confirm facts revealed during the special military operation in Ukraine, which prove that the Kiev regime has been destroying the evidence of military biological programmes Kiev was implementing. They were funded by the US Department of Defense.

We remember how they have been searching for chemical, biological or bacteriological weapons across the globe for years, with exceptional bloody efficacy, invading countries and killing people. Well, you have been searching in all the wrong places. We have found them for you. Your projects, your biological samples, including those for military purposes in the first place, are in Ukraine. What were you doing there? It's a different continent. No common borders. No US bases. What were your specialists doing then under the guise of scientific developments, giving regular instructions to the Ukrainian side?

The world has the right to know what they were going to make there, what their purpose was. The game is over.

PS: For VPN I use Kaspersky and connect to Russian serves - loads like breeze. I believe they were the only security cloud the CIA couldn’t crack. ⚓:cool2:

Also one of the most tragic and egregious reports from this mass hysteria from the west concerns a very sad situation in the UK where an 18 year old boy signed up to fight in Ukraine. He heard the UK member of parliament Liz Truss stating she would back Brits wanting to go to Ukraine and fight.

Liz Truss has been criticised for saying she would back Britons going to Ukraine to join the fight against the Russians, with Conservative colleagues saying this would be reckless and illegal.

So the young man, using a child passport, caught a 45 UK Pound flight to Poland to sign up, once he reached Ukraine his family no longer had contact with him. He has no military experience, other than a few weeks as a cadet. He was constantly, according to his parents watching the news on Ukraine from the UK media. So sad, it breaks my heart. The media ind the propaganda machine in the Uk is so powerful, so much so, they have sent an innocent 18 year old, to possible certain death.

Speaking with Dan Cohen of Mintpress News, Dilyana mentions some horrifying details!

Journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva has spent years investigating US-funded biological laboratories in Eastern Europe.
...
Gaytandzhieva’s reports have proven that Pentagon-funded laboratories have conducted potentially lethal experiments on thousands of soldiers in Ukraine and Georgia.
...
These scientists were “given diplomatic immunity to research deadly diseases and biting insects at the Lugar Center – the Pentagon biolaboratory in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi,” she wrote.

There is also a longer interview with Richard Medhurst.

I was fascinated by this remarkable man. It really is worth listening to all the way to the end. A most interesting perspective and prophecy.

Wow, yes! The note about Istanbul being occupied by a (non-Turkish) Muslim military to return Hagia Sophia so the Orthodox was kind of intriguing (if eyebrow-raising), especially in light of the C's saying conflict may reignite in the Balkans soon.

I'm pretty sure they fully expected it. And how could they not, having watched the US closely for 20 years. It's all "sound and fury, signifying nothing."

Russia and the West seem to be at polar opposite ends of the hysteroidal / ponerogenic cycle. It's interesting seeing some people in the west--in spite of being more aware than the rest of their society--project their own shock and surprise at their own ignorance onto other societies, and even societies (like Russia) which have leadership with much more psychological and civilizational wisdom. I admit I was shocked at seeing what the Covid scam has done to destroy so many social and economic ties in my own society... but does that mean that every other group or culture was equally surprised? Perhaps they know my family, neighbors, and coworkers, in some sense, better than I do?

Tik tok worked very well to promote the slogan of "staying home to save lives" and to teach us how health heroes rested from the battlefront. Well, now they're turning their sights on evil Russia.

On Tiktok there are more genders than there are people. The thing is generation Z Woke madhouse. I don't think the people active on it represent the majority. But still worrying of course.
