Johnny Depp abusing his wife OR being screwed by her?

I agree with you Alejo. I find it satisfying when I either discover a truth, or see a truth come to light like this. The sad thing is Amber Heard and people like her will never learn from something like this.

It's interesting to note, that other of her ilk share with her the same emotion of frustration at the outcome.
That's true, but audiences pick up on that, and producers pick up on audiences, I'd say her career is kind of finished after all the awful publicity she incurred.

The most interesting thing about this is how people have reacted, and now they have started to go back to her previous public appearances and analyze them and see the writing on the wall, so it's not just this situation but her entire behavior is now seen through a different lens entirely.

This case is totally unrelated to Johnny Depp and Amber Heard but rather shows just how corrupt our legal system is.

Consider our legal system. Here you first have to ask yourself just what kind of people were in charge of the creation and shaping of our “social norms.” Now sure, everybody will agree with the saying that “you can’t trust a politician,” or “power corrupts” and so on, but have you ever really stopped to think about that and what it must really mean?

The short version is Donzinger sued Chevron in Equador and won a 9.6 billion dollar settlement against Chevron for the damage they did to the environment. Chevron refused to pay, brought the case to the US and proceeded to destroy Donzinger, ultimately he’s served jail time and had his law license suspended and guess what, Chevron never paid the fine and even REVERSED the ruling. So for anyone who thinks real “justice” can be found on our planet…. Here’s a good example of how the system destroyed a good human being. The Wikipedia entry gives a decent enough summary and there’s more articles online if anyone is interested.

According to this source, Heard is now in Israel where she is a dancer and a prostitute:

holy cow... crazy if true, I also read somewhere that she had been offered a job by a porn producing company.

But regardless, it does show the level of contempt that people have for her after the trial. Part of it is wishing her ill, I think, but the other part of it is that her character showed to be so twisted, that people would believe anything from her.

As of late, I have seen several compilation videos of her past public appearances and people just picking them apart and showing her behavior as a "we should've known, it all makes sense now" type of approach.

Now all people need to do is apply their newly-sharpened psycho-detectors to the top of the STS control pyramid and realize there are plenty of individuals in power "just like Amber," but will they? Only time, which doesn't exist, will tell. 😉

that would be the day, but I am not holding my breadth, though I will allow for the possibility of being surprised.

However, I do find it interesting that as of late, specially after Trump, the opportunities for people to see how certain things actually work in the world, including celebrities and the PTB, have increased. I think it is still a choice for people to see and challenge their own sacred cows, but the opportunities abound I would say.

Well, Netflix came out with a three episode documentary about the Heard v Depp trial... and I watched it, and hopefully to save anyone the trouble, it's exactly what you would expect from Netflix.

The entirety of it is edited to make Amber look like a poor victim of unjust hate online from the patriarchy and toxic fans of Johnny Depp.

The documentary made it clear that some evidence wasn't presented to the public, and that this evidence would clearly show how abusive and crazy Johnny Depp really is, which would validate Heard's case, and so she has been unfairly treated.

And I kept thinking, it's a Hollywood couple, of course it's bound to be a crazy drug fueled toxic relationship, but the trial was about defamation, in which case, even if Johny is as awful as he is depicted, it still makes Amber writing that one article completely hypocritical, and it did unjustly ruin his career, and that is what people all over the internet were reacting to, her hypocrisy and transparent character disturbance.

Netflix, by making the claim that a public trial ruined her career, kind of made Johnny's suit case.

Not doing great on rotten tomatoes and if you skip the critic's and go right to the audience's reviews, they are right on the money, IMO.

I checked out the reviews on Rotten Tomato’s
Here’s one review characteristic of what anyone actually familiar with the trial said:
I'm in disbelief at how biased this documentary was— it's nauseating. If I had only watched this documentary, I would've been on Amber's side and outraged at the outcome of the trial; however, I DID watch the full 6 week trial, with no preconceived notions that Depp was innocent. They're both in Hollywood, I went into the trial with the idea that both were probably awful people. My perception quickly changed, not based on social media support of Depp, but based on Amber's blatant lies that were caught time and time again by Depp's lawyers. The social media frenzy occurred only because everyone was as astonished as I was about the absurdity of Heard's claims and evidence. Depp's not perfect, but he's not an abuser. Please just watch the full trial instead of this garbage, the jury made the correct decision.

I watched it the other day, it became clear that Depp is/was an alcoholic, an addict and thus unstable, erratic and just not a good match for anyone sane. And I still think that the audio of Heard that made the rounds around the internet, where she was mocking him for being a man victim of domestic abuse was what lifted the lid on what she was really about and galvanized the support for him. I came out thinking that this dysfunctional couple was in deep trouble for long by the time she tried to capitalize on what happened with her op-ed on the Washingon Post. Overall, a testament of sickness in what constitutes a healthy human relation.

Amber finally landed a "significant" leading role in a "cinematic" setting! 🤣
Her future lawyers will at least have "some truth" on which to base their claims!
🍷🍷🍷Just...ice... for Joh....🍷🍷🍷

You're welcome!

I agree, Johnny is not a stable man, and she's probably close to a psycho, so dynamite with gasoline and a lighter. But there was so much more, my favorite part.. was when Netflix played, after a silent title on the screen that said something like "Amber's sister was the only witness to the abuse!" and the proceeds to show the clip of the sister, with some dramatic music, saying "Johnny was holding Amber by the hair and bashing her face with his fists...".. then with ominous music they show the clip of Johnny saying, it didn't happen.

That was transparently a lie, I remember that back when it was happening. Imagine a man of Depp's size, holding a woman of Heard's size, by the hair and bashing her with his fists, he would have broken bones and knocked some teeth out and she'd have spent time at a hospital for reconstructive surgery, specially if he had all those rings on, with two or three punches.

That's what people reacted to, her going full retard to make the case of being the innocent victim of an abuser. If she had said, living with Depp was nuts, because he's nuts... people would've bought it, but she wanted to jump on the me too bandwagon and exaggerated the story, removed her craziness from it all, and ran with it.

People wouldn't have been upset at her telling shocking truths of Johnny Depp, what they're upset about is her telling lies about herself.

And Netflix just tried to gaslight everyone, and it backfired lol.

I'm left feeling a little sad for Depp if I'm honest. He obviously drinks a lot of wine and gets pretty stoned, so it's no surprise to see a rather shambling figure emerge from all this. I doubt he even remembers what sobriety feels like other than when he's working on a film. He's an old guy still living that hardass rock n' roll lifestyle, but once you reach a certain age it starts to seem a little sad really. As for the relationship with Heard, well he got burned badly on this one, and I think you'll see a more cautious Depp in the future. Hopefully he'll have learned a few lessons from all this psychodrama. As for Heard, well the picture I have is of a borderline personality disorder case if I'm honest. Where their careers go from here will tell us plenty, more than the words from idle mouths ever will. I think the dust will settle and Depp will make some low key but intelligent moves to get his career going again. I guess we should all just let the dust settle on this little storm and take what lessons we can from it all. leave them alone and let them get on with their lives I guess.
