It matters if it can be established that Soros money funds Antifa. "No Jews allowed except those who fund us" is too much hypocrisy.
I don't think Antifa or the black block is funded by Open Society. At least, not in the usual way the Soros network funds such things. It's difficult to give an account of this social formation, because it has a very diverse makeup and no set ideology, and it is more of a tactic than a coherent group. But in general, its philosophical underpinnings are anarchist in terms of organization, advocating for a decentralized network of underground resistance through direct action, property damage, and violence.
The Soros network tends to prop up progressive NGOs, and Antifa, as a militant direct-action tactic, generally sees any form of 'alternative' or 'progressive' organization - or any sort of order at all - as inherently corrupt. They are generally against making any political demands as well, as that would simply be a pointless, dead-end channel for capturing radical energies. If anything, the Antifa approach is closer to pure nihilism, or lower centres run amok, and the only goal is 'creative destruction' without any thought for what comes after. Although some do participate from a less intense perspective - they see the need for causing economic damage and social chaos in order to pressure governments to adopt their favoured policies. A direct action clique is needed to back up the progressive talking points with a real threat, or so they think.
During my leftist days when I was younger, it was made up of mostly brainwashed street kids and young radical intellectuals who were frustrated by an unfair system and the seeming impossibility of real change. All of that said, I think it is more likely that Antifa is 'guided' by the CIA, both in producing the information needed to inspire them - which is prolific - as well as putting boots on the ground to instigate. This would be the only sorts of outlets for funding, as any government grant would probably be seen as selling out.
Because there is no coherent philosophy, and it is a loose network, it makes sense that there would be some anti-semites in the mix, as these people are anti-capitalist and anti-colonial to the extreme. As such, some will have an understanding of the Zio-banker role in the global economy, as well as sympathy for the Palestinians, lending itself towards targeting Jews.
