I'm both surprised and not surprised that Ukraine blatantly conducts terrorist attacks. At least Israel false-flags themselves to justify continued war. Ukraine is doing everything in its power to avoid peace breaking out. And when Ukraine did attempt it early in the war, Boris Johnson steps in. During the recent negotiations there were no concessions - Ukraine demanded all "their" territories back, which just isn't how you negotiate. You can't just say "I'll make no compromises I just want you to discard your objectives and go away".
With negotiations like those, they may as well commit terrorist acts, cancel all future negotiations, skip the pretense and not waste everyone's time. But it is also a provocation to get Russia to escalate. But they've done plenty of provocations before and Russia just stuck to its guns (no pun intended). There is no reason to escalate if you're already winning. My guess is Putin will simply take the final outcome of the war a little bit further and make the final outcome even worse for the Ukrainian regime. Doing some random additional attack on Ukraine right now to score points and appease those who demand escalation will not be strategically useful. It might also lead to more terrorist attacks from Ukraine on Russian civilians, which adds unneeded chaos, turmoil, and escalation to the whole conflict.
It would be much more effective, I think, to simply win the war as intended, and simply add a few finishing touches to deal with the terrorists afterwards to ensure they don't have a nice post-war retirement.
The C's did say there's a chance for Zelensky to experience a permanent "hit", and that could very well come from internal conflict if the terrorist acts fail to produce the intended outcome and actually make things far worse for the West and Ukraine regime. Someone will realize they're going to lose their head over this and may be really cranky about that.

I keep wondering why the Ukranians insist so much on war if they keep losing. Are they suicidal? From a 3D perspective, we can conclude that they are not in charge, NATO is literally using them as disposable pawns and the West is ready to fight Russia 'to the last Ukranian' to avoid a change in the global power structure and so on. On a personal level, people like Zelensky and his circle literally don't care what happens to the country. Zelensky probably knows that if he backs down his neonazi buddies might not be impressed enough to let him live. And anyway, if and when things get too bad, they'll retire to a life of comfort in the English countryside or something.
But from a higher perspective, there is this, and perhaps it ultimately has more explanatory power:
I mean, they do have a pathological persistence in rejecting any peace deal and making things worse - almost 'demonic', right?

I used to think that the current US Administration should put Zelensky in protective custody and use him for a whistle blower, but I see now that Washington is so corrupt and infiltrated that he would be Epsteined before he could provide any useful information. This is what taking on the role of a puppet involves. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. Zelensky was a fool to get involved. He got voted in on a promise of peace which he betrayed when he became their puppet.
Graham is such a jokester; he takes himself seriously, it seems. What a character, or should I say caricature? Somebody needs to reel that little Energizer bunny in, as there is not much but a program running upstairs.
