The clash of Cosmic/Earth energy's is certainly having an effect on many people and have noticed with some around my own circle and seems to got worse recently so the affects are there and meditation and networking are more crucial than ever thank you for the session.

Laura I was sceptical to about grok and can see why the younger generation at the chateau might have been worried and thought you would be carried of by a T2 lol.

I was surprised to read about the experience with entity and light:

“This light was super ancient and at the same time newly born, all its qualities were in total balance, a perfection beyond imagination, balanced in an infinite small point. It was as powerful as it was gentle… and I can go on forever.”

Had a similar experience about 30 years ago and can still remember this clearly. I woke up alone in bed and the whole room was lit and the light was behind me. I turned around and standing there was a person with a hood over his/her head and I had a sense this is an old person. In his hand was a lantern where the light came from, which I would describe as ancient, amber, yellow glow from it.

I tried to understand what I was seeing when it suddenly disappeared and everything was dark again. My heart was racing, I felt frightened and struggled to sleep again. At the same time it felt like it didn’t happen, like what I’ve seen just now was only a dream.

Kept wondering about this for now almost 30 years and reading about a similar experience was really jarring. Luckily I never had health issues apart from suffering for migraines for years which over time went away (can’t remember if this happened post this event or around this time).

Many have not even started global wise, think we are in the phase where things are culminating and you feel and know something is coming and you only look where it will break, and when it starts it comes in series.

And about women killing men was a bit suprise and it should not when nothing in that regards should in STS world, it is like those feminist libtards of today getting free hands and infecting whole socities through those psychopatic women when you imagine them killing their husbands and their male babbies for their ideology, but still we live in STS world where self interest reigns, and also now most marriages and relationships are based on self interest and no real love and acceptance, and nothing is sacred, but that is how STS dynamics work through all humans men and woman alike through history, conquer through division, distraction and making fake enemies.

Thank you team for such a wonderful session. Without downplaying the often very serious or dark subject matter these sessions contain, I often feel like a kid on Christmas morning when they appear!

How important it is to be aware of the manifestation of these "religious" events. How important it is to be aware that STO never manifests itself in our lives in this way. How interesting to continue observing how the experiences are always the same according to the person's central belief.

And yet I have read several accounts of people who have had "angelic" encounters which turned out to be very positive for them, with no negative mental or physical health after-effects. It also brings to mind the disinformation going around that "we must not go into the light upon death as it is a trap of 4D STS". I think the Cs did touch on this at one point and more or less said it was nonsense. But it made me think: surely 4D STS cannot possibly create a genuinely positive light- and love-filled experience with which to mislead us? And yet the session today mentioned just one such example which did seem to fit this description, so I find that deeply disturbing.

Definitely not me either. I've always wondered if such physical manifestations are possible. I know of people who practice black magic and see "holy guides" that only they can see and speak to.

I have read several. The near-death experience of Nancy Rynes mentions (at 8:35 in linked video) a woman called Annie who claimed to be a trauma nurse. She stayed with Nancy after the terrible car accident and told her not to move. Nancy realised that if she had moved, she probably would have died. Nancy described Annie as a blonde woman aged about 30 with hair pulled back into a pony tail. She seemed to appear out of nowhere, since there was no vehicle she could have come from. The only other person who spoke with her was a police officer. After Nancy recovered much later, she spoke to the police officer who said the woman never said who she was and more or less disappeared from the scene just as mysteriously as she appeared. The Boulder District Attorneys Office tried to find her, looking for 6 months at all the local hospitals, to no avail. Nancy is open to the possibility she was some kind of angel.

The entire NDE of Nancy Rynes is well worth watching by the way; it is one of the most amazing ones I have seen.

My impressions of Electrical "and" Solar was, not just that they join them together at times, but that in the future there could be less sunlight due to clouds and-or debris in the atmosphere. So having a good supply of wood would be preferable. Wood is good!

Yes, it's always good if you can revert to a more primitive but reliable way of life, but I'm not sure if the C's think that we should go in that direction. Perhaps there is another form of energy that we could utilize that has been forgotten in our civilization. I don't know if we could unravel that mystery, but at least we now have a good motivation for it.

Yes, they can definitely manipulate a person to feel positive emotions, but on the other hand you can recognize the true nature of the interaction with them by their fruits, which in this case means total physical deterioration.

Just an idea: if appropriate, maybe a Cass video, guided meditation could give instructions on how to perform in the most beneficial way?

Aside from EE, there are a few ways to meditate. Meditating 'with seed' is recommended, meaning repeating a mantra in one's mind, usually in time with the breath. It's a practice of concentration, not 'emptying the mind'. One concentrates on the seed or mantra, and practices returning to the mantra when other thoughts try to take over and the mind starts to wander.

For a while I was meditating with the Prayer of the Soul by mentally imagining the letters written in gold handwriting in my mind's eye, 33 times. It's actually pretty hard to visualize the entire prayer from start to finish in this way without interruptions. It's great practice for mental blocking of intrusive thoughts.

There was a discussion on meditation technique in this session from 2015, suggesting that the Prayer of the Soul isn't always the best 'seed' for meditation.

Q: (Perceval) When they said they'd benefit from regular meditative practice, would some version of EE and the Prayer of the Soul be enough, or something more specific?

A: The EE program can be used as a foundation, but straight meditation with seed is more along the line intended here. All of them need to learn to discipline the mind.

Q: (L) So, a seed would be like having a short phrase to meditate on, or...

(Chu) Or just the Prayer of the Soul?

(L) Well, the Prayer of the Soul might be too complex. I think they need something a little more tight... a short phrase. The Prayer of the Soul really helps you in a lot of ways, but...

(Perceval) It's like a broad spectrum thing.

(L) It's also like training wheels for achieving a relaxed state. If you really want to go into a deep meditative state, you need something really tight. Holding your focus on something really tight is much more difficult than allowing yourself to drift while you're listening to words or reciting the Prayer of the Soul.

(Perceval) It's designed to make you drift away, almost.

(L) Yeah.

(Pierre) Maybe just visualize what they want.

(L) Well, I don't think visualizing is what we need here. We're talking about disciplining the mind. Disciplining the mind through meditation is like exercising a muscle. It's taking something really short and tight like a very short phrase and sticking with it.

(Ark) Maybe they should first meditate on the things that they should meditate on?

(Chu) "Focus on the aim," or something simple like that?

(Ark) And then it will come to them in German.

(Perceval) Arbeit macht frei. [laughter]

(Pierre) Maybe we could ask about the nature of the seed. What would be the best seed to help them progress?

(L) Well, I think with each one... Well, maybe some of the things they already said. Aiming needs to meditate on the word "discipline" and what it means. Gawan could just focus on the phrase, "A reason to be".

(Galatea) And Pashalis: "Relax"

(Chu) What would be Altair's seed?

A: Altair already has these skills to some extent. He needs to "lighten up" a bit and allow some pleasure in.

Q: (Galatea) He's TOO disciplined.

(Pierre) He's very monk-ish.

(Chu) So, no-man's-land: Knowledge. Pashalis: Relax. Gawan: To be. Aiming: Discipline. And Altair: Lighten up.

(Perceval) So is it okay if they do this suggested meditative practice separately or individually?

A: Yes

Q: (L) This is not something that has to be done together.

(Galatea) It's specific to each person.

A: Yes.

So one can create a personal mantra, based on life issues, then repeat it in one's head in time with the breath. I like doing it as a form of walking meditation is good, too, or while riding my bike, using the body's energy as an amplifier.

I'm currently taking an intuitive medicine course(am a quarter of the way through) and one thing that I keep noticing is how powerful grounding is for daily life. And it's something that not many people know or use.
The very first thing we are taught is to ground properly and frequently, and the more I practice it the more I notice how stabilizing it is. So I thought I would share some of the information and see what ya'll think or have experienced.

Well, I haven't read about these cases objectively. I would certainly like to know the reason why there are beings who can perform these types of "interventions."

In Latin America, we have the case of Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, who seems to have a kind of "permission" to heal the sick and also carries out these dynamics of suddenly "appearing." Sometimes just by walking in front of the house of a dying person, around a hospital, walking in hospital hallways, standing in front of a patient's room, etc.

Some witnesses always see the characteristic figure of the Doctor at a certain distance, just as he used to dress in life, and that is already a sign that he has performed a miracle, followed by the fact that the next day, someone wakes up completely cured of an incurable illness or fatal accident.
