The Euro-Nazis have
'sanctioned' Jacques Baud, former Swiss intel officer, once seconded to NATO, and now
anti-war activist and author of
books on Russian war strategy.
The EU has added a former Swiss army colonel to its
sanctions list (PDF).
The legislation, the
previous list, the
latest additions in English.
Below are a many comments to this decision, including a mention of a few others that been ruled out, like Diana Pachenko, which led to the role Ukrainians play in the western push, as well as traditional roles of slaves in Europe and the role of the EU as a continuation, to some extent of previous political ideas. However, although one can distinguish different underlying outside currents in the situations, there is also the perspective of the individual, in relationship to what happens.
In the latest list the description is:
57. Jacques BAUD
Jacques Baud, a former Swiss army colonel and strategic analyst, is a regular guest on pro-Russian television and radio programmes. He acts as a mouthpiece for pro-Russian propaganda and makes conspiracy theories, for example accusing Ukraine of orchestrating its own invasion in order to join NATO.
Therefore, Jacques Baud [standard chorus follows:] is responsible for, implementing or supporting actions or policies attributable to the Government of the Russian Federation which undermine or threaten stability or security in a third country (Ukraine) by engaging in the use of information manipulation and interference.
Forces in Ukraine implemented, after the coup of 2014, EU and NATO membership as requirements in the constitution. This is much more to this. Also Kaja Kallas and the EU may not have liked what he said in
Col. Jacques Baud: Europe on the Brink: Can the EU Survive Another War? at the end of November:
Another person is and the same accusation:
58. Xavier MOREAU
Xavier Moreau is a businessman and founder of the Stratpol website, and a former military officer. He acts as a mouthpiece for pro-Russian and pro-Kremlin propaganda, spreading conspiracy theories about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, for example accusing Ukraine of orchestrating its own invasion in order to join NATO.
Therefore, Xavier Moreau [standard chorus].
Stratpol link, so far still working. Next is a Russian who has published many articles about the role of Russia, also in relation to the West.
52. Ivan Nikolaevich TIMOFEEV, director of the Valdai club which compared to the others has an extended chorus section.
Why is Ukrainian Diana Panchenko an issue?
59. Diana Vitaliivna PANCHENKO (Ukrainian: Діана Віталіївна ПАНЧЕНКО) (Russian: Диана)
Diana Panchenko is a Ukrainian-born journalist and propagandist. She produces and diffuses anti-Ukrainian, pro-Russian, anti-NATO narratives.
In her videos, she deliberately mimics news-broadcast formats, in order to legitimise the Kremlin’s narratives. She manipulates information to portray Ukrainian authorities as “Nazis” and accuses them of betraying their own people, while justifying Russia’s military aggression and crimes.
She has produced work in occupied Ukrainian regions (including in Mariupol and Donetsk) which has been described as propaganda justifying war crimes by the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU). Her content was broadcasted on Ukrainian televisions during a Russian cyber attack that disrupted television programming. Panchenko also amplifies conspiratorial and anti-Ukrainian rhetoric on her Telegram channel (402k subscribers) and on X (148k followers). On her X account, she tries to increase her English-speaking audience by using clickbait content and in authentic activity and by promoting pro-Russian accounts.
Therefore, Diana Panchenko [standard chorus].
Again, there is much to say, but when they write "she deliberately mimics news-broadcast formats" Mimics? Not mimics, she was a professional. From her
Wiki:
In 2010, Panchenko graduated from the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in publishing and editing, and in 2018, she graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in law.[citation needed] She worked in Gazeta.ua, Kyiv TV (et) and NewsOne.[2]
In 2020 she was awarded the "Journalist of the Year" by the Ukrainian program "Person of the Year-2020".[3] The same year she placed 7th in the ranking of "The Most Influential Women in Ukraine according to readers of the Focus website". In 2021, she was nominated for the UNESCO/Guillermo Cano World Press Freedom Prize.[1]
Panchenko worked for the pro-Russian TV-Station NewsOne.[4] Following the outlawing of NewsOne late February 2021,[5] Panchenko moved to its successor The First Independent TV Channel.[6] This channel was shut down an hour after it launched.[7] On 26 February 2021, she co-founded the Journalists' Defense Club movement.[8] Diana was the host of the Slavonic Bazaar music festival, which took place in July 2021 in Vitebsk.[9] After the event, Panchenko was summoned to the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council for explanations.[10]

Panachenko has problems if you like, some plastic surgery allegedly, model pictures further back, not all AI enhanced, so this danger has been identified by the Lithuanian NGO, Res Publica, linked with Inform Napalm in their complaint article from September 2024,
Goebbels in a Skirt: Exposing Diana Panchenko, which has:
This strategy targets those more susceptible to manipulation through visual appeal rather than factual accuracy—think middle-aged to pensioner-aged men. After all, the younger generation in Ukraine doesn’t even own a TV and has never been the target audience of pro-Russian television channels. This strategy is not unique to Ukrainian and Russian media; it mirrors outdated (and largely eradicated) practices in Western news stations before the
#MeToo movement and the shift toward journalism that focuses on attracting viewers through high-quality reporting rather than sexual appeal.
To be fair, I did find an X.post like this about a

another "clickbait", and next to the right
this:
"If Ukraine war ends", Panchenko thinks, "EU bows to USA." I'm not sure. The outcome might be more complex than anyone can plan. "EU prison of nations!" Something like that. But then is it Euro-nazis, or Euro-fascists, Euro-socialists, Euro-globalist, or Euro-neo-left-liberal globalism. It should be easy to find a term if the first two become prohibited. Regarding the idea of Europe being a prison of nation, the following article has support:
THE NAZIS AND FASCISTS WHO FOUNDED THE EU (And Their Influence Today) By
Anti Oligarch on June 14, 2014 reproduces the speech by Rodney Atkinson held in February 2008:
By Julia Gorin
“The European Union is based on the Nazi plans published in Berlin in 1942.”
In 2008, director of the
Freenations website
Rodney Atkinson — former British Ministerial Adviser, author, and lecturer at University of Mainz in Germany — sent out the following press release:
26th June 2008 – “THE NAZIS AND FASCISTS WHO FOUNDED THE EUROPEAN UNION – AND THEIR INFLUENCE TODAY: RECORDING ON CD of a speech given at a public meeting at the House of Commons in February 2008 chaired by Philip Davies MP by Rodney Atkinson
There is a transcript, which includes:
Although the European Constitution was thrown out comprehensively by the people of France and the Netherlands, it has been reintroduced in the form of the so-called Lisbon Treaty, and EU governments have been intimidated into avoiding referenda of their peoples. Having blocked such referenda, the European Commission had the unmitigated gall to launch a new initiative under the heading “Debate Europe: Giving Citizens a Voice.” Ninety-five percent of the member states of the European Union denied their peoples the right to vote on the massive loss of democratic rights in the Lisbon Treaty. No wonder that according to Eurobarometer tests of public opinion, only 50% of the people of the European Union now support the European Union at all. Even more disgracefully, the Irish may have changed their minds on Lisbon because they were frightened by the collapse of their economy. How ironic, because that collapse was due to German financial exploitation of their banks and because Irish membership of the Euro prevented them from controlling their own exchange rate and interest rates in a recession. The Lisbon Treaty establishes a new legal country to which EU member states are subservient. It makes future constitutional change possible even without consulting them. It removes the EU’s founding principle of free and undistorted trade. It both bans and then reintroduces the death penalty for riots and upheavals, permits the restrictions of rights and freedoms to serve the interests of the European Union, and allows EU armed forces to enter any country. The Irish, destroyed by the Euro and under intolerable pressure, voted yes to all that. The European Union now knows that all they have to do to finish off the constitutions of EU member states is to finish off their economies first. And frightened voters will then kowtow.
To "finish off their economies first", is that coming next after Covid and Ukraine bleeding. Will it lead to a split, to civil war or to some kind of a unified government, even under a different banner? About the EU, Atkinson says.
Europe’s post-war leaders have repeated virtually word for word the beliefs of the leaders of Fascism in the 1930s an 1940s. For a comprehensive demonstration of the parallels, see my books Fascist Europe Rising and Europe’s Full Circle. The European Union has promoted and funded the ethnic cleansing of a million Europeans in the Balkans, mostly Serbs, Jews and gypsies. From Croatia, Kosovo and Bosnia, realizing the ambitions of fascist organizations in those countries. It is of course the European Union, embraced by both Labor, liberal democrat and conservative parties alike, which has resurrected Croatia, a country with the most blatant fascist traditions in Europe, whose football supporters today form swastikas on the terraces and whose leading pop star calls himself Thompson, after a machine gun used against the Serbs, and whose supporters give Nazi salutes. Croatia was of course guilty of the greatest ethnic cleansing in Europe for decades, when they drove some 300,000 Serbs out of their historic homeland in the Krajina in 1995.
The links between Croatian fascists and German Nazis in the modern day is well documented. I quote here from a book Fuhrer-Ex, written by Ingo Hasselbach, a former German neo-Nazi who was intimately involved with German Nazis and Croatian fascists as Croatia fought to break up Yugoslavia throughout the 1990s. In this they have an indirect support of the German Army and the German government, who of course were President Tudjman’s principal backers and the first to recognize the illegally created state of Croatia in 1991.
The next quote from Hasselbach preceded, as did the speech by Atkinson, the work of the Banderites in Ukraine by several years:
The then government in Croatia under President Franjo Tudjman was reviving the tradition of the Ustashi and in many other ways honoring the former fascists. Units of the Croatian Army were flying swastika flags and many more were flying the old Croatian fascist symbol. Croatia had become the first European government since World War II to openly embrace these symbols. All of the West German neo-Nazis saw it as a powerful opportunity, but Nero Reisz, the barking anti-Semite from Hesse, was particularly pleased. The problem for him was that there weren’t enough Jews being killed, but Serbs would do.

The NAZIS and FASCISTS who founded the THE EU and their influence today - Rodney Atkinson
I think one blind spot of Atkinson, is that he overlooks the role of the UK and the US prior to, and even during the war. History is more complex than he presents it, but then it is also limited how many points one can argue convincingly in a short speech. For another article of his, see from 2016:
Vladimir Putin: A decent man leading a reformed, renewed country
Continuing with Panchenko: To the left
what the EU and many of it tax paying citizens overlook. To the right,
Vitaly Klychko, a German citizen, see this X link:
Compared to the large number of refugees, the above line of work mentioned is probably still a tiny minority, and for some temporary, just as that of
surrogate mothers within Ukraine. But irrespective of the numbers, it is symbolic. Many people die as recruited soldiers, that came from areas already promised to western investors. Through the conflict for securing NATO and EU expansion and destroying Russia, Ukrainian families are split and people used as if they were no better than slaves, which leads to the next point:
Also in earlier times, slaves from Slavic areas have served a purpose in Western Europe

The end of the first article says about medieval trade:
The women came from a belt of territory stretching from the Elbe in the West to the Volga in the East. This territory was inhabited by Slavic tribes—the ancestors of today’s Poles, Czechs, Slovaks, Byelorussians, Ukrainians, and Russians. They were typically prisoners of war who had been taken during fighting either between Germans and Slavs or among different Slavic tribes:
Only the adolescent boys and girls—the Slavonici—were spared, enslaved, and immediately sold to the merchants accompanying the armies. The Barbarian-ruled West, abandoned by major international trade and bereft of gold, was able to get gold by trading in slaves, who were almost exclusively Slavs. These objects of servile trade and commerce would be integrated into harems and used as military slaves or eunuchs. Adults and children were eliminated for obvious reasons. They did not correspond to the Muslim demand for young virgin girls and beardless boys and it was out of the question to gather children and raise them. The traders had neither the time nor the willingness and more importantly it would not have been cost-effective. Later, they would spare the lives of more captives, by selecting them according to their capacities for productive work and by using them to the limit of their strength at laborious physical tasks (Skirda, 2010, pp. 85-86).
The captives were taken overland by various routes: through Germany and France to Muslim Spain; through Venice and by ship to the Middle East; or down the Dniepr, the Don, or the Volga to the Middle East via the Black Sea or the Caspian. How many were traded? It’s difficult to say, but Skirda (2010, p. 6) advances a figure between several tens of thousands and several hundreds of thousands for the period extending from the 8th to 12th centuries.
It was this trade, more than any other, that revived the old trading networks not only between Europe and the Middle East, but also within Europe itself. The balance of foreign exchange also shifted in Europe’s favor, thus giving the elites of France, Germany, and Italy the means to buy not only foreign goods but also local products, thereby stimulating a long economic recovery that would take Europe out of the Dark Ages. As Skirda notes ironically:
The Italians who […] were the “great initiators of Europe” […] became the promoters of trading companies, creators of credit, restorers of currency. The only major oversight [of historians]: all of that was accomplished through the trade in Slavs. It is easier to understand why almost all historians and commentators have silently observed this phenomenon. It is difficult for them to acknowledge that the economic renaissance of the West of the 10th and 11th centuries was achieved through human trafficking! (Skirda, 2010, p. 112)

Yes, I think that the forces driving the world at present are demonic. I think they influence not just important people who then corrupt the minds of thousands or millions or even billions, but also the minds of many ‘little people’ who become followers and minions and spread the contagion. If I were Alexander Dugin, I think I would be way more careful about what I believe to be true and what I promulgate to others. I would never stop searching and researching, reading and thinking about truth. I don’t want to believe, I want to KNOW.
In the end, whether these forces are demons in the biblical sense or hyperdimensional puppeteers doesn’t matter half as much as refusing to be their playthings. Arm yourself not with creeds, but with questions. Dig, doubt, discern—and know that the real exorcism begins in the mind.
Both in the EU and in Russia there are limits to what can get distributed, but there are also opportunities to learn.
