Not sure if this is the correct thread to put this, but saw this on X, and is the same woman that has been appeared in other videos behind politics figures, her expression and the way she looks is really creepy, and although there might be camera effect going on with her eyes, I wonder if something like this is what the woman from the plane who had a breakdown saw, like the guy with a similar weird expression.

That's Congresswoman Sheri Biggs. If you look closely, her gaze is very "forced", I don't know if that's natural for her.
I'm not entirely sure there's anything "hybrid" about her. It could be AI enhancement...

Indeed, she seems pretty focused. Some videos look fairly normal - or close, although with the focused gaze.

Yes, not much anyway, and here is a look at to blink or not to blink - starting with Charles Manson who did not blink, nor does or did Westley Clark, because now he does blink. This also discusses saccade's and some experiments.

Charles Manson, the infamous, diabolical master manipulator and maniac, responsible for instigating the murders of 7 people, was known particularly for his demonic stare, and for almost never blinking during a conversation.

This blink-less stare chilled his interlocutors.

And I've observed in people who, based on my observations, I'm fairly certain are organic portals (though one can't be absolutely sure), that when they're connected to "something/someone," they don't blink, and their eyes appear bulging and nervous.

The most accurate example would be the eyes of a horse.
