You've been asked before to do this. Your excuse of not enough time is irrelevant. You can translate a text before posting and then post that. Also, posting such huge amounts of text in one paragraph is very inconsiderate of you. If you find something that is so important to you, but it is in Polish, then translate it into English and post that translation.
The text was from Polish human translator, not from Kardec. It is interesting that rule "English only posts" is more important than "here is interesting text but in non-English language". In era of good quality automatic translation this should be big problem for users. Anyway, if someone wants to read this peface here is link.
