It is a simple design that resembles a celtic cross. It looks like one easily man made, not very elaborate.
Ilchester is the reported birthplace of Roger Bacon.

There’s no follow up of a picture or evidence it was leaving an image, though the captions on the video say the farmer filmed because they previously had crop circles and wanted to see if they could capture how it was done, believing it to be a hoax.
