We have seen it here already. Imagine how strong this phenomenon is 'out there'.

I was getting quite desperate in the past couple days. Watching the War Criminal Australian Government dragging children into the stadium to Vaxx them. The news that two of them died on the spot and one two year old was also dead from the Vax on the continent... I was losing hope and getting "erratic" and cranky...
I recognized the familiar situation smelling almost 'emotional bankruptcy'. I pondered on how I got help in these cases in the past.. I think the help frequently came from the [with the involvement of the] Higher Self / Soul.

Just this morning, I was watching the sunrise while I did my fasted sprinting ~180 minute exercise. I was spinning then sprinting barefoot on grass wet from the morning dew. I was watching the wonderful light-show, how the early sun-rays illuminated the grass with the water droplets of the dew shining brightly on them. The fresh early-morning sun shining directly into my eyes, and I experienced a strange new renewal of energy / hope / strength, from today morning's "Young Sun".

So I was thinking on what Nathalie said*:
I think the Soul is in - has a responsibility and direct interest to be - in a direct 'S. Help Line' with the Lower Self, the Soul has to frequently listen to the general mood. If the Lower Self says:

Then, I figured, the Soul - because of the 'Lesson Learning Profile' = the quest for lessons, the Soul has the Lower Self as a VIP Client.. I think the Soul has a continued direct interest in the relative well-being of the Lower Self (IIRC it was mentioned here that the Soul can be incarnated in only one body or multiple ones if the Soul is 'too big') and I think the Soul has to continually assess / measure / check on / keep an eye on the Lower Self..
So the Soul hears the plea (from Lower Self) and takes out a big ledger titled "The Mission" and is going over the list of required learnings in its Lesson Profile / in this Life [for that specific body in this example]:

- Okay, lets see if "my" human body [Designation R#76531A, Earth, 'Maria Teresa García Ramírez'], along with the Lower Self housed in it.. can it take specifically these and these designated / prepared / pre-planned / on contract signed + pre-agreed further Life punishments, - coming up - in addition to all the past Life punishments that have been endured.. And these next incoming punishments will be critical for my Karma Healing purposes.. Hmm.. Yes, lets see, what will the Lower Self say about these.. Can I have it? [suffering shocks] Can I convince the Lower Self to take these new ones?

Then, when the Soul sees that the Lower Self is in critical condition (mental-energetical-physiological) as a result of the past & recent Life-Punishments taken, and the Soul hears the recent prayer of the Lower Self who is in complete emotional bankruptcy, meaning in the state "I cannot take this any more"-panic.. I think the Soul can get an Intervention Agreement from the Lower Self - lawfully recorded and registered that the plea coming from the Lower Self is "on the Soul level" -, then, I think, the Soul can intervene and cause / make a re-arrange / sort of "re-write" or nudge The Life Experience, causing a Reality Shift*, usually with healing consequences. The Soul may even decide to send a Healing Dream, as a further panacea to the "human body-Lower Self"-duo's critical mental-energetic-physiological condition. Of these I received many and they were awesome!!

I think the Soul has a finite amount of resources / 'energy for intervention', to do this.

2. When the Soul gets depleted / all out of this 'energy for Life intervention', then I think the The Mission / incarnation situation changes, to proceed to the next level:
Life goes on and suddenly another barrage of punishing external circumstances come in. For example the children of worried parents are being dragged into Covid concentration camps.. The Lower Self of the parent again sends a plea / gets into critical condition.. The Soul hears it and judges it to be realistic, that the poor battered 'Lower Self in the human body' cannot take anymore and another (lawfully justified) intervention is needed.
However by this time, the Soul ran out of its resources of 'energy for Life intervention' and has no more energy for This Life Mission.

So because the Soul / Higher Self cannot help / intervene for the Lower Self anymore, it is decided on a Soul-level that the 3rd Density continued 'Lesson Learning & Karmically Healing experience for the Lower Self of one Maria Teresa García Ramírez' is no longer supportable, therefore Exit is the recommended solution.
A usual 'giving up' follows from the Lower Self and the life takes its natural course: probably the Soul detaches itself from the body, and the body just shambles along for a time then withers away*.

Somehow, I find it a bit hard to believe all this predicted events will take place in relatively short time-span. It is possible for some things, or maybe different events but on the same scale of importance. We will see.

I think these predictions are all over the place - regards time - in the next 10 years and more. Without time-stamp. Relating to multiple timelines running in a close horse-race with ours. Near future intersecting timelines, which are constantly changing anyway and manipulated by the Lizzies as well.

Plus having these visions causes an overload of the senses - smell, sight, taste, heat/cold goes haywire because flooded - creating a panicked, hysterical state of mind. Neurons firing on way higher electric intensity than normal. Emotional shock.
As opposed to a completely calm, mathematically calculating, statistically analyzing mind, which would be required to properly catalogue, time-query & locate & identify and sort out these visions.
