An unknown object comes in from the Southwest, heading North, displaying a light. It appeared to be searching for something by scanning the surface. The square-like object has no wings or visible propulsion wings or visible propulsion. The trucker shared the footage on YouTube, which appears to show a white object floating through the air.

"I always wonder how with modern technology we get all these horrible recordings of UFOs until today when I witnessed my own," he wrote.

"Sorry for the quality was driving at high speed.

"Saw this on a route that I take to work very often I’ve seen clouds around the mountains very often but never like this."

The eyebrow-raising clip was taken at about 8.40am on October 13, 2020 - but has just come to light after being shared by a UFO enthusiast, whose YouTube channel Mick Explores boasts more than 5,000 subscribers.

Many agreed that the footage shows a UFO, with one applauding the clip as "compelling".

I live in this area. Haven't seen anything myself. The footage looks like it's at the corner of St. James Ave. and Highway 78. Of note, there is a Naval Weapons Station about 3 miles down the road from here, as well as an Air Force Base in the area.

On Wednesday evening, September 22, a strange "beam" of light appeared in the sky over Novosibirsk. Subscribers of "AST-54" group in "VKontakte" shared photos of the unusual phenomenon and specified that they noticed it above Narymsky square.

Specialist of the Big Novosibirsk planetarium, a member of the council of the Novosibirsk Astronomical Society Oleg Kashin suggested that the beam of light has nothing to do with natural astronomical phenomena. According to him, it may be a laser from a circus located near Narymsky square.

According to the website of Novosibirsk State Circus, since September 18 "Circus on Water" will perform in the city. There will be a laser show. According to the schedule the latest performance starts just in the evening - at 17 o'clock - and will last two and a half hours.

Oleg Kashin also suggested that it is unlikely that this phenomenon refers to "light poles:

- Pillars have one direction to the sides of the world, and this phenomenon, as I understand it, everyone sees in different directions because they are around it.

I witnessed phenomenon on my own during evening walking (at 9:00 pm ±). It seemed like venthole of the sky and has been there still at least 20 minutes before the clouds hid it.

I would say special formed ice crystals in the sky which when the winds are calm, can create beams from street lights etc.

i believe that the ice crystals need a 6 sided form in order to create this phenomena. We get it occasionally in Stockholm during winter. Also known as false auroras.

The problem is that we don't have this kind of cold here yet, and also the weather recently is rather windy and with rain. So far non of the usual explanations fit. 🤷‍♀️

In other words swamp gas or flights of geese! Nothing to see here folks! The first two pictures look nothing like a normal laser pattern which will always continue on down to the ground, whilst this seems to float.

Also it seems to present a sideways plane, like a door frame, not a single beam. Most bizarre.

Since this phenomena appeared like a strech higher up in the lower atmosphere, i suggest the thought - that there may likely been freezing temperatures higher up - but not at the ground. And therefore no pillars near the ground, either. My thoughts come from a 3D thinking (suggestion), though … ;-)

According to Ms. T., the light trail was accidentally recorded by her around 5:30 pm on September 29th. The band is bright red like a shooting star, but it doesn't move.

“A lot of people think that at that time the sun was setting, so there was an image like that. But the image I filmed appeared in the east so it couldn't be said that the sun had already set. The light strip appeared red at first, there was a bright red color. the tail was like a shooting star and then it melted very quickly "- recalls Mrs. T..

Le Thi My (who lives in Quang Ngai City) said he also saw a streak of red light in the sky 3 days ago. It was late afternoon the trail looked like a big shooting star the red light was very beautiful. "Some people think it's a sign of a big storm," My said.

According to Mr. Nham Xuan Sy, Director of Quang Ngai Hydrometeorological Station, with the initial images provided above it is still impossible to conclude anything. "If this image is true, then this is a very strange phenomenon, appearing in the sky for the first time in Quang Ngai," commented Mr. Sy.

Spontaneously I would say Crepuscular Rays

A phenomena you occasionally can observe at sunset or sunrise (often when the sun already has set/ or not risen yet), but due to geography (distant mountains) or (most often) caused by distant towering thunderstorm clouds, these optical phenomenas appear. Often pretty, kind of spectacular and unusual.

(3D) Notice:
mobile phones sometimes have a nasty habit of screwing with the tones in a scenery - especially the cheaper ones, but not solely - because they are making the image too contrasty, and overexpose a scenery with bright rays in the sky (or similar).

The limited dynamic range of a tiny sensor, plus the jpg engine in the phone creating "false"colors and transitions in sunset/sunrise photos (Such as creating darker colored rings around an area that is very bright. Like you see in the last photo @thorbiorn posted from the Vietnamese event). A real DSLR camera often gives much better image quality by showing more gentle transitions, more lifelike and closer to what the naked eye sees, if the photographer handles the image files in post processing properly (which means; not screwing around with the contrast too much)

Photo Tip: Another way to capture the scene, even with a mobile phones, would be to underexpose the scenery preferably with RAW, so that the bright rays are not overexposed. Then in post processing, you lift the shadows (making them brighter), in order to accomplish a more true lifelike image, without the nasty artifacts that otherwise appear in the highlights (like in the 3rd and 4th image below, where the rays are totally overexposed, creating strange artifacts in the photo (also called "blown out highlights"), which usually don't not exist to the naked eye.
