What Megyn says is objectively true, although I think it probably shouldn't have been said in the context of the discussion. Not the most tactful thing to say, but that teenager's response was an overreaction IMO. She's going after the wrong person. I don't see what Megyn said as meaning a 15yo isn't still a child. She didn't "need" to assert anything cuz Megyn would agree with her.

Some people may suspect Megyn is trying to "soften" up what is going to be the impact of the Epstein files by trying to 'normalise' pedophilia, sex trafficking and exploitation of older children - as opposed to that of younger children.

The implication being that 'it's not as bad because the children have passed pubity'.

Community attitudes at the moment towards ANYONE trying to do seem very hostile and unforgiving. She needs to be careful what she says (implies), how she says it, and whom she's speaking for (i.e. who pays her)....

The overall mood of the American Public is very, very angry. There's a posibility that they will interpret what Megyn is saying as making excuses for pedophiles in power. At least, that's how I read it.

I agree, I don’t think Megan Kelly said anything to imply “oh she’s 15 that’s okay then”. The law states certain things and Megan Kelly was calling it out. Doesn’t mean it’s okay.
 
This is very disturbing and I could only listen to bits and pieces of it. Basically, this woman who has changed he name to Anya Wick, states that she is a survivor of the cult of Baal and the niece of Jeffrey Epstein. She is Jewish and states that her family is part of the Jewish elite/Illuminati(?). She describes horrific sexual abuse from a young age by her father and other elites who either welcomed the pedophilia or were forced into it. She was always drugged during the sexual abuse and describes that this was part of MK Ultra. Unsurprisingly, she has major PTSD and the memories that she had before some were fully recovered, had a nightmarish quality.

I believe she said her grandfather or great grandfather was Walt Disney(?).

She became transgendered for a time as a rejection of her femininity and the result of the trauma.

Though photographs like this are nothing new and the question is why Republicans were also in favor of more Epstein files being released. Maybe for them it is more about pacifying their voters with a limited hangout.

This would explain the debacle of the new US administration (releasing the files, not releasing the files). It's does not exactly explain it, but we would have a background with nothing interesting would be released.

Noam Chomsky is at least a sayanim , early on shortly after 911 he was somewhere in Eastern Europe doing some talk/ being interviewed by university students ( iirc , this was from a video available on youtube ) , and replying to their questions completely dismissing and deflecting their points about the event and such . fwiw

“He’s a nutjob!” “He’s crazy!” “He’s a conspiracy theorist!”

The tactic is used to take attention away from the argument. Why would the Left resort to such measures with Caviezel? Could it be because what he is saying is true?

In an interview with Steve Bannon—the MAGA commentator who went to prison for refusing to turn on Trump—Caviezel unleashed on the Globalist Deep State.

“Epstein Island isn’t the only sex island out there,” Caviezel told Bannon.

“In this film they do a raid and the lady that ran that (island) wasn’t in prison. You’ve got a lot of agencies involved in this.”

This is quite ironic, considering that this latest release of Epstein files seems to damage Bannon the most.

The released email exchanges show that Epstein was basically coaching and helping Bannon as late as 2018 and 2019 - while the Epstein island was already known since 2008 when Epstein was convicted as a child molester.

Here is a summary of the Bannon-Epstein email exchanges, including links to the originals:

Epstein offered Bannon suggestions on how to break into European conservative circles and coached him on public appearances.​

  • Bannon repeatedly emailed Epstein articles about himself and interviews he gave about the Trump administration.   • Epstein sometimes let Bannon know when he was watching his live television interviews.   • Messages between the two men show Epstein provided extensive advice on Bannon’s work reviving the right-wing in Europe. Epstein offered counsel on issues related to the Trump administration.​

  • Epstein emailed Bannon suggestions for the administration’s crypto policies. In exchange, Bannon advised Epstein on how to respond to protests over his ties to the Trump administration and rehabilitating his public image.​

The most damning parts are that Bannon apparently worked on an Epstein documentary to tell "his real story", Bannon calling the revelations about Epstein "a crazy jihad" in an 2018 email to him and Epstein even "joked" with Bannon that he is a "billionaire pedophile friend of Trump".

Yet despite all this Bannon has been pushing for transparency regarding Epstein. Maybe Bannon just opportunistically used what he could get from Epstein and maybe even told Epstein what he wanted to hear ("crazy jihad against you"). This is still very bad optics for him and Trump.

Not really in the loop with this thread so this may be out of the blue post, but it is probably useful to the discussion. This is a post on substack by Jason Jorjani on Ghislaine Maxwell, but also mentions Epstein. Jason usually has great posts and he is also a great thinker imo, so info is good, but you be the judge.

Just had a quick look in it - it's very descriptive, pictures of many buildings on "the island". Most look like rooms for guests, machine rooms, etc it's a lengthy display of luxury.

In addition, many court papers, exchanges. I did not go through that.

A strange feeling - what was really taking place there?

A question comes to mind: what was the function of this island?

So far, the scenario is that it's a place where rich people would go (etc) - but is it the whole story?

Was this island a giant "midnight climax" operation, essentially designed to blackmail political figures?

Was it a sort of Greenbauming / Mkultra place? For whom?

I was stunned by all the rooms. There are many. Those seem representative of a fashion of some sort, as if it would serve a role rather than simply being "different styles". There seems to be an order (a strategy, a goal, a pattern) there, when you look at the pictures. All the rooms are different and of very specific designs. there are many. There is a contrast everywhere.

But this is a subjective feeling (such a display of luxury!), and it's due to the picture sequences too.

Of course, a rich person would like to have variety, to host his guests. This would explain all those rooms.

The books of Georgia Le Carré depict a similar world - the private mansion of a high-level criminal. So this may be simply it.

Why would politicians travel that far, with all the flight logs and things - simply to "enjoy leisure"?
