    I do exercices twice a week, especially stretching and walking. I do not think we should avoid saturated fat nor eat nuts - at least for some of us who are sensitive or allergic to - or am I misunderstanding something here? I do take Krill oil to avoid fish oil often plenty of heavy metals...
