Apple's maps do not have mirrored images on that island. Older satellite photos on Google Earth also do not have these image artifacts.

How do you know Apple's maps are accurate? Apparently neither company has satellites and they get imagery from various sources.

Again, these are not carvings or statues but mirrored satellite photos in some places on this island. You can see the same places in Apple Maps do not have these (deliberate or accidental) image artifacts.

I also took a look at the surrounding islands, but I didn't see anything similar. It also looks like the island has suffered a landslide. Besides these carvings, there also appear to be unnatural shapes and statues in the interior of the island.
