this is bottom of totem some kind blind angel u can see there are other carving in top side
These are not carvings but image artifacts from mirroring parts of the landscape photos. The question is why it is being done, even though older satellite photos on Google Earth do not have these image artifacts.

I also took a look at the surrounding islands, but I didn't see anything similar. It also looks like the island has suffered a landslide. Besides these carvings, there also appear to be unnatural shapes and statues in the interior of the island.

Again, these are not carvings or statues but mirrored satellite photos in some places on this island. You can see the same places in Apple Maps do not have these (deliberate or accidental) image artifacts.

Comparing Apple and Google Maps, the first two photos are the same, there's no problem here, but when you switch to satellite view, these are two islands that have no connection whatsoever. One of them is fake, but which one is it?

How do you know Apple's maps are accurate? Apparently neither company has satellites and they get imagery from various sources.

Apple's maps do not have mirrored images on that island. Older satellite photos on Google Earth also do not have these image artifacts.

The first photo is from Apple, the second from Google. The currents southwest of the island must have been taken at similarly recent dates in both. Google shows the island as it is on January 21, 2022. In other words, Apple's map is outdated. The last photo is from August 3, 2022, and there have been significant changes to the island's surface during this period. This is the most recent image of the location we're sharing today.
