10 Years of the Cassiopaea Forum

I can't imagine my life without this forum. I would probably spending my days in video games, illusions and false believes about my self and others.

Thanks to C's for recommending Laura to do this and thanks Laura and crew to make this place like a real castle of treasure. Also, thanks every person that contribute that now this forum is HOME for so many people.

Happy anniversary !! :perfect:

Thank you Laura for being the torch that lights our way. Thank you forum members for being who you are.

I still remember when i found the forum five years ago, how impressed i was the way people communicated and shared their thoughts in here (and i still am!). This place has given so much and helped me to grow and learn. Thank you all and happy anniversary!

Discovering this forum has been one of the best experiences of my life. It is like a huge Library of Alexandria full of recommended books, articles, ideas, thoughts... and at the same time is like a Café where you can sit down with a glass of coffee or tea or whatever (and a cigarette if you like) to share & discuss ideas...

...What an amazing job that you all have done in creating this place, keeping it going, and making it probably the greatest wealth of knowledge this world has ever seen. I know I certainly am a different person and in a completely different reality from when I first joined, and that it's thanks to all that I've learned from everyone here...

I too am grateful for the existence of this site, forum and network. We all appreciate the dedication of Laura and her Crew for maintaining a site where objective reality is explored with dignified language and intelligent conversation. This island of decency promotes thoughtful introspection by doing The Work and struggling with our programs. Each of use here is a ray of light in the DCM lighthouse...

...Not to mention what Sott has done for getting the word out about psychopaths! TRULY the best forum on the web!

... a well of sanity and a place of unparalleled learning. Ariadne's sacred thread in action.

All the guys above have expressed my feelings perfectly. Thanks Data for starting this thread. When I recently realized I'd been a forum member 10 years, I reflected on how privileged I was to have discovered Laura's work. It all began with a casual email from someone forwarding an article on psychopaths from the old Cassiopaean site. What I read resonated so deeply I hated to reach the end. But then I felt sheer delight when I saw the index of articles that seemed to go on forever. And about the time I finished reading the last article, this forum emerged. It's so amazing and humbling to look back and see how the DCM has drawn me into the light and sustained me all these years. A heart-felt thanks to Laura and the crew for their dedication and generosity!

Many thanks for this forum, it's a pure treasure, a guide and a teacher in various aspects. I really don't know how my life would look like without forum, Sott, C's sessions, networking and all the valuable info given by Laura and the team, without people willing to share knowledge and energy. I'm blessed to be part of it. Thank you guys for everything.

:cheer:

Ditto to that.

Ditto from me as well. And I wouldn't know myself where I would be without the forum. So again, many thanks to Laura and Ark and everybody else involved in the work.

The "torch" comment reminds me of an inspiring visit to a sculpture garden years ago that prompted me to make the card below for Laura:
I was in sculpture garden late in the afternoon when I saw this sculpture that brought you to mind because the rider is holding a torch high, while also looking back to check on those following the path that's illuminated. But what was truly remarkable was that when I moved around to take the second photo, the sun dropped down below the trees just enough to pierce through the brickwork and "light" the torch!

All day and all night,
the Cassiopaean site
Increases our might,
with each new insight.
defanging fear’s fright,
with its L’aura of light.

Ever guiding us right
through a mazing trail,
blazed by a Knight,
to find “us in the future,”
denser, yet bright.

Dear Forum peeps and co-creators Happy Anniversary and eternal gratitude for giving us this little secret piece of paradise! A secret garden of knowledge, help and advice that has been paramount in keeping me as sane as I am able to be! :flowers: :flowers: :flowers:

You loving garden has truly been a saviour for me - and I am sure most of us here. Conscientiously and Consciously watered with Truth, Empathy and Love in the most objective ways possible for the benefit of all of us.

Here among the roses we are pruned, cultivated and carefully tended to hopefully blossom into the magnificent and beautiful flowers that our souls are capable of becoming.

Where we wander through the blooms meeting kindred souls, and learning and sharing more and more about each other, getting closer day by day. The secret garden profuse in all the beauty, understanding, and the best that our dear world and universe is able to give, to our curious and striving spirits.

Without such caring nurturing and guided progress where on earth would I be? What could I be? Lost in a soulless desert and ugly swamp without a paddle!

Sincere thanks to each and every kindred spirit and searching soul here - to our C's who give so much food for thought - who fertilize the ground, inspiring our Elders, raising us- through their natural Divine wisdom - to the Sun - Our Absolute - our 'all-knowing' Divine Cosmic Mind.

May we continue to flourish for many more anniversaries to come :hug2: :hug2:

It's quite a discovery to hear that this forum has reached the milestone of ten years, not only of mere existence but of really flowering and growing day by day in breadth and depth.

This community has become such a familiar part of my existence, I've learned so much here and occasionally could contribute something for others too, that I wouldn't know how I would feel without it. I just cannot imagine my life deprived of this oasis and soul space as it was called, which amounts to a real convalescent home for many of us.

I need to express my deepest gratitude to all involved making this place what it has become: thank you all sincerely.

Now onward and forward to the next umpteen years... ! ;)

Indeed a very warm and belated Happy Anniversary to the Forum and its deeply respected founders :) :bacon:  Thank you Laura, Ark and the Chateau Crew for starting the Forum, and keeping the light shining - I don't think I'd be able to face the future without the knowledge and exchange of views here. Thanks a million again.

It has made a big difference in my life, and here's to 10 more years in 3D with the Forum or maybe in an upgraded reality ;)

I couldn't agree more! Happy belated Anniversary to all. Onward and upward :D

I doubt I'd recognize myself in a parallel world where the forum didn't exist. The information here has been a huge part of my adult life and formative experience, it's help me refine and grow and think in a way that's different, more human.

Thanks to everyone, esp Laura and the crew... :hug2: :wizard: :flowers:
