On October 25, 1974, Carl Higdon was elk hunting in the northern Bow National Forest in Wyoming, near Laramie.

"As he shot his rifle at an elk nearby, a most bizarre thing happened. The bullet traveled in slow motion, as if he had entered another dimension.

It fell some 50 feet away, dropping into the snow-covered landscape. He was able to recover the bullet. He felt a strange sensation over his body.

Dave Paulides interviewed Carl right before his death in, "Missing 411 - The UFO Connection". Carl's interaction and drawings of the alien "Ozoo" are wild. He also saw the Elk encapsulated in some sort of zero time transparent cube after he shot at it.

Dave also interviewed a retired Wyoming Sheriff in regards to this case as well. Carl believes Ozoo and his crew returned him because he had a vasectomy and wasn't useful to them. I think he also had cancer that was diagnosed before the abduction and disappeared after.

There's much more in the 411 film on Carl as well. He seemed like a genuine, good soul caught in the cosmic jungle by chance.
