The Living Force
No one will want to read this but hey, the world consumes these stuff like there was no tomorrow:

Around the web, news sites are hosting the latest 2013 statistical figures released by a certain not-to-be-named porn site. Basically, viewing numbers are up from 2012, america is leading the race, UK coming in 2nd... It also appears mobile phones, tablets and the like are catching up to desktops in terms of viewing devices of choice.

As this is obviously a world wide phenomena, thought it deserves a mention in 'Signs of the times'

You can go straight to the source article (warning takes you straight to the source) or just search any other popular news site for a story

e.g.

The stats are only from 1 site and not the biggest at that. I once saw an article on SOTT in april 2012

http://www.sott.net/article/243856-Is-the-whole-world-looking-at-porn-Biggest-site-gets-over-FOUR-BILLION-hits-a-month

Well, if you combine the stats from all the different go-to-places, I think we get a very clear sign of the times.

What all these means for humanity, who knows?

It also appears David Cameron stands no chance in halting the tide as his filters were defeated by a hacker straight from singapore:

The so-called ‘Go away Cameron’ extension will allow UK internet users to visit any site they want, bypassing government restrictions on pornographic material. British Prime Minister David Cameron has said the new regulations are aimed at preventing children from “stumbling across hardcore legal pornography".

The creator of the ‘Go away Cameron’ extension, a Singapore-based computer science graduate, @nubela, said that he did not have a list of the banned sites, the add-on simply picks up the government block and bypasses it.

"I don't have, nor will I ever have, an exhaustive list of UK banned sites. What I can do is to merely detect whether the website returns you an error message saying the UK blocked it. (This is when the extension kicks in)," he wrote on the browser extension's download page.

Oh yes, before I forget, according to the stats from the not-to-be-named site, January is the month to watch out for as viewing stats spike up.
