5.8 Earthquake in Los Angeles (July 29)

It felt like a different type of quake. Ive been expecting a HAARP quake myself. Could have been one cuz my dog seemed to hear something just before it hit.

Why would it be a "HAARP quake" (if those even exist) ? The area is waayyy overdue for serious seismic activity. Usually the simplest explanation is all that is needed in such cases. There is a lot of evidence that animals are very sensitive to quakes and sense them before humans do, so - not sure why you'd be looking for such an exotic explanation. fwiw.

It was shaking a little out here in Topanga, west outisde of LA. Nothing unusual though. Felt just like many other little quakes I've felt over the years when I was living in LA.

I have to agree with anart, LA and SF are waaaay over due for a "big one", so there would be no surprise for that to happen some time soon, no matter what HAARP is doing or not.
 
I was actually in the midst of reading "The Adventure Series," specifically the chapter dealing with the psychomantium when I felt quite a shake, seeing as I was about 10 miles from the epicenter. Talk about earth-shaking discoveries. I also found it curious that today is 7/29 which adds up to nine. From "The Adventure Series":

Additionally, the actuality of the frequency effect of certain numbers on the essential nature of our reality makes this a particularly nasty event, because the dominant number of our realm is "9," which is the number of sickness, endings, decay and destruction and death. Nothing EVER prospers under the influence of the number 9.

Well, that explains a lot. Today (7/29) is my birthday..... :shock:

I am not super knowledgeable on numerology but don't you think this is a bit dogmatic ?
I mean, if you assign numbers with absolute meanings on events or on your life, there is not much choice left is it ?

Yes I agree with you. I just thought it was a funny coincidence because I had recently read that quote about the number 9 from TAS.

LOL! Don't worry about it. I can't say that I take numerology very seriously. I just thought it was funny that such dire things were associated with my date of birth.

Thank you for the birthday greetings, all. Turning 50 was not as painful as I thought it would be... hehe....
