I just watched the french movie "A bigger World'/'Un monde plus grand' by Fabienne Berthaud.
The search function gave no results that it has been mentioned before.

Synopsis:
"In order to forget the death of Paul, the man of her life, Corine leaves Paris for a few weeks to direct a project in Mongolia. But her meeting with the shaman Oyun disrupts her journey, as Oyun proclaims that Corine has received a rare gift and must be trained in shamanic traditions."

I couldn't find an english version- just french and german.

The movie is a feast for the eyes and there's a calming quality to it, imo, so I thought I'd share.

I didn't know about this movie although I do know about Corine Sombrun which this movie is about. She's notable because she really wants to understand what happens to her in those states, so she took part in a lot of researches. Here are some papers:

Just watched it a 2nd time and probably tomorrow again to make it three - the light, the landscape, the faces, the drums speak an universal language and the film captures some quite intense moments - a beautiful movie, imo.
