Hi Peam,

I don't know how it works. I'm still working out my understanding of humans and other beings that look like humans. As I've stated some in some other threads, I'm just not comfortable or convinced that other animals have no soul but I was being facetious about "nomination".

Just to make a distinction, it is not hypothesized that animals have no soul (or "organic portals" for that matter). It is that they have no individuated soul -- or rather, no potential to "individuate" -- as those who do not do the Work and become fully integrated and individualized (i.e. indivisable) at a higher level at the end of the process, are functionally no different than OP's (and 2D). They are born with the potential to develop an individuated soul, but if that potential isn't realized by long, super-efforts, they function the same as OP's.

Thank you.

Individuate meaning they are not individuals?

Aren't they fully integrated just as they are?

Can I jump to the assumption that the bottom line is they don't have the capacity nor will they develop it to think about what/who they are, they just are and that is why they are 2D?

Thank you for your patience as I learn.

Hi history, if you've not had a chance to read the Wave Series, it is really vital to do so in order to follow the conversations on the forum. It's also a truly interesting read. You can purchase it in book form (or kindle) or you can access it online for free here - http://cassiopaea.org/2010/05/08/the-wave-chapter-1-riding-the-wave/

Hi History, you are perfect right to question every animal video, I do the same and before posting this one I look at it various times, checking the dog, studying the people, the dog reaction, body language, anything at all because like you I am aware of how often animals all bad treated and abused and tortured. And some videos, even if they look very "funny" are not. Concerning circus you are right and this tragedy has to stop one day, definitively. I never liked to go to the circus when young and never went as an adult. The majority of circus are a shame of our civilization.

So don't worry. Your comments in this thread are very judicious. :)
