A Good Woman (2004) with Helen Hunt and Scarlett Johansson. A real period piece and interesting film. Love the villa............if I could redecorate my house I would op for old world charm.
Johansson plays a rich, unworldly young lady. Helen Hunt is her biological mother............can't give too much away.
Not a exciting action packed film, more of a thinking man's relaxing, beautiful scenery and the clothes - OMG - the dresses are to die for. I love this period, sexy in a understated way.
The bed in the villa, pure eye candy.
Whoever did the set could come in and redo my house (LOL). Very old - real rich, beautiful.
And, the message - sometimes one must put another before one's self in order to claim redemption.
