I am very concerned about this as it looks like a severe injury that will effect my daily life! I'll have to see what the specialist in orthopaedics tells me next week. The dr I saw today said it is a tricky operation to re- attach the ligament/tendon as you can effect nerves etc.

I'm quite worried about this now as the longer it's left the tendon/ligament can shorten so won't be able to reattach it. anyway I'll just have to process what's happened not much I can do before the next scan and seeing the specialist.

Thank you Okiron I do have Mercury fillings of old which is something to consider.

I have been to see the specialist today regArding my torn bicep and the prognosis wasn't great.
Looks like the ligament has severed completely from my elbow so I have been booked in for an ultra sound scan and to see the specialist next Wednesday.

The doctor I saw said my strength could be down 50 % in a straight curl and 80% in supination. I genuinely can't and won't try and lift anything but I am still working. I've read that if you have the op to pin it back on it needs to be done within 2 to 3 weeks and I'll be getting close to that when I see the specialist next week.

Yes, I see your concern. I would think now would be the time to really focus on E.E. exercise and meditate/prayer of the soul on the area of concern allowing your body to focus on, to heal itself, as much as possible, before you see your doctor. It also doesn't hurt to sing once a day (8:00pm) our new Tribal song "In the garden of the universe". I hope you requested a healing crystal from Laura, if you did, I hope it will come to you in time.
