Thank You Laura.
Some "time" ago, quite by "accident", did I come across your writings.
I gotta give due where it is due.
All my life, one can have dreams, and visions.
And thoughts...
These were out of my scope of comprehension.
So what does one think, without understanding concepts.?.?.?
We learn by observation, experience, being taught, and "seeing"...
If I do not "see" IT, I may not not think of "IT".
You opened me to concepts that I have never heard, seen, or thought of, and I THANK YOU.
You have provided an avenue where I can understand my life.
I think... I KNOW absolutely nothing.
A launching point, I may say...
I do not agree with everything what everybody states.
But then again, am I supposed to?
Learning is a continuous process.
One gathers data.
Collates
Arrives at a solution
So one thinks...
Like I've said before.
My grandma had wisdom.
She told me: "The best lie has a piece of truth".
This is truly an exciting period we live in, yes.?.?.?
I think so...
And it's gonna suck when WE lose the internet.

Oh how the religious program hits hard...
I wanna say search within.
But, the program says search outside.
But I wanna search the inside to the outside.

And then again...
I ain't nothing special
Am I?
Are YOU?
Are WE?
A fragmented, individualized piece of soul.
Ignorant as hell.
Trying to figure out the story here.
A truly exciting place to be.
I ask
Did I chose to be here?
Or am I stuck here?
That is my question of today.
With an unblinking eye, face your fear.
My grandma said that too...

I am not sure i understand what you are saying here, but if it is a dilemma between seeking knowledge of the self and seeking knowledge of the world outside of you (as i read it) then i would suggest that you read the spiritual predator article if you haven't:

http://signs-of-the-times.org/signs/maharaji.php

a quote from the article:

Henry said:
The goal of any esoteric work must be that of objectivity, first in our understanding of ourselves, and then, as our filters and programmes are dislodged, of the world. A true esoteric teaching will, therefore, not only focus on "Know Thyself", but will also provide knowledge about the reality of our reality. If one or the other of these aspects are missing from a teaching, then you can be certain that it is incomplete, and an incomplete teaching, even if through ignorance of the teacher, even if unconscious, is dangerous.
Hope this helps.
