Alfalfa leaves or Grains?

Hello,

I searched the forums but didn't find this info.

I am looking to buy alfalfa from amazon. I notice they have two versions: the leaves and the grains. Both in capsule form. I was wondering what was the difference and/or which one provides better health benefits.

Thank you very much.

Can you explain what health benefits you are looking to obtain from alfalfa?

Just wanted to add, it's not called alfalfa grains but alfalfa - 10 grain - , however I don't know what their definition is of ''10 grain''.

sarcasm ??

No. I want all the benefits. Looking to combine it with "oximega green" since it is one of the ingredients that it is missing from it's profile.

What benefits, uno? Specifically, what benefits?

digestive/constipation/etc/vitamins/proteins/etc. I like to take advantage of all of it's attributes if possible.

I am looking to have a daily serving(s) of a greens product for general health benefits. But I have certain allergies, which discounts most products since they include one or more ingredients that give me an allergic reaction. So I researched and found the previously mentioned one. It has a minimal number of ingredients in its profile when compared to the other ones I looked at. So I am looking to buy the 'greens' that are missing. Alfalfa is one of them.

Pehpas if you were to expand on the topic of your allergies, plus take time to search and read the different threads on the Diet and Health boards you will find more than one possible answer to your questions. You may also find other approaches to dealing with your health problems. It's worth a look.

because knowledge is nonlinear... and there is no free lunch ;)

But those are assumptions that I haven't done the research on my allergies and that I have not looked for alternatives. Plus is free will not taken into consideration? I haven't asked for a medical consultation :P Just for a minor detail on a product.
