All about Ivermectin

A general roadmap/protocol for cancer treatment with Ivermectin from Mr. William Makis. ( side note , lacks iodine )

Ivermectin + Lactoferrin + Zinc → Shuts down tumor growth, boosts immunity
Fenbendazole + Tocotrienols + Milk Thistle → Blocks cancer metabolism, protects the liver
Citrus Pectin + Curcumin + Black Pepper → Prevents metastasis & chronic inflammation
Black Seed Oil + Berberine + Olive Leaf → Targets cancer stem cells & supports detox
Vitamin D3 + K2 + Turkey Tail Mushroom → Strengthens bones & immune system
Fasting | Garlic | Ginger → Natural chemo-sensitizers that enhance effectiveness

Anyways, I'm curious to know if anyone here has tried topical applications of ivermectin.
I will be trying a topical application of IVM together with DMSO for some suspicious looking spots on my scalp and I asked Grok for the recipe:
Ingredients (for a ~100g batch; scale as needed)
  • Ivermectin powder: 1-2% concentration (e.g., 1g for 1% cream). Use USP-grade; source from a compounding pharmacy or verified supplier.
  • DMSO: 10-20% (e.g., 10-20ml). Pharmaceutical-grade only (99.9% purity); avoid industrial versions.
  • Emollient cream base: 70-80g (e.g., unscented lotion, Eucerin, or a simple oil-in-water emulsion like aquaphor or a pharmacist's base). This acts as the carrier.
  • Optional additives: Distilled water (to adjust consistency), preservatives (e.g., 0.1% benzyl alcohol), or emulsifiers if the base needs stabilization.
Total: Aim for 100g. Adjust ratios based on desired potency—start low (e.g., 1% ivermectin, 10% DMSO) to minimize risks.Equipment Needed
  • Digital scale (accurate to 0.01g).
  • Glass or stainless steel mixing bowl/beaker.
  • Stirring rod or spatula (non-reactive).
  • Gloves, mask, and eye protection (DMSO vapors can irritate).
  • Sterile containers for storage (e.g., amber glass jars).
Step-by-Step Preparation
  1. Prepare workspace: Work in a clean, well-ventilated area. Wear protective gear to avoid skin contact with pure DMSO or ivermectin.
  2. Dissolve ivermectin in DMSO:
    • Weigh 1g ivermectin powder.
    • In a small glass container, add 10-20ml DMSO.
    • Gently stir or warm slightly (e.g., in a warm water bath at <40°C) until fully dissolved. Ivermectin solubility in DMSO is good, but avoid heat >50°C to prevent degradation. This creates a concentrated solution.
  3. Mix with cream base:
    • In a larger bowl, weigh 80-90g cream base.
    • Slowly add the ivermectin-DMSO solution while stirring continuously to ensure even distribution.
    • Mix thoroughly (by hand or with a low-speed mixer) for 5-10 minutes until homogeneous. If too thick, add a few ml distilled water.
  4. Test consistency and potency (optional but recommended):
    • Check pH (should be 5-7 for skin safety; adjust with citric acid if needed).
    • For potency, a lab assay is ideal—don't skip professional verification.
  5. Store:
    • Transfer to sterile jars.
    • Label with date, concentration, and expiration (use within 1-2 months; refrigerate if possible).
    • Keep away from light and heat.
Application Tips
  • Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin 1-2 times daily (per professional guidance).
  • Patch test first: Apply to a small area and wait 24 hours.
  • Wash hands after use; avoid eyes/mucous membranes.
Potential Risks and Considerations

I think I will make my own lotion with black seed oil as it is so soothing for irritated skin and it has anti-cancer properties.

I will keep you posted.

Well I'm 75 years young and its has been troubling to watch how my face has changed over the years. I began to develop annoying sun blotches and some of them looked to be cancerous types. I'll just get straight to my point and that is if you dab DMSO on those pesky looking blotches it doesn't seem to do all that much as far as having them regress at least not that I notice. What I have learned and I hope this will help others is that if you do the dabbing as I described but then follow up with ivermenctin over the top of the just applied DMSO success at removal will be accomplished. It might take about 3days or so to notice a change but give at least a week or so and you'll be amazed at the results. Even deep type beneath the skin nodules will dissapeared after a few weeks of this type application. I hope this helps others achieve a better look with those pesky age spots put to rest. Good luck and as always God bless this forum.
Out of curiosity how much Ivermectin did you use, michaelrc? :-)Good job BTW!

I see that so many seem to be making what's simple into what I think is needlessly complicated., so to your question. I use 99% DMSO right from the container onto my washed hands finger tip to dap my skin when there's darkened spots beginning to emerge. I follow up using a simple veterinarian syringe for the ivermenctin. I barely squeeze out the amount needed to dab over where I just applied the DMSO immediately. Laughingly depending of course you'll see the white residue from the drying ivermenctin on your facial spots and it stays on thru out the day or overnight if your prefer. I don't care how it looked because I normally busy myself around my residence and interacting with the public isn't much of an issue. Now what I did fail to mention and it's very important and that is being consistent with day to day applications, that's the key for immediate and noticeable results. Currently I haven't any of the aforementioned facial spots that I previously described. What prompted me to go in the direction I spoke about was I was getting a lot of alarming discoloration from spots appearing and it bothered me to no end. It made me look much older than I feel so my vanity kicked in and luckily I found the solution. Thanks for asking me to clarify a bit more as I don't contribute to the forum as much as I know I should. Just one more thought, keep it simple and consistent, you'll notice the results sooner than you think.

Thank you for sharing your simple experiment that has proven effective to you. I highlighted the above, as that appears to indicate that you use ivermectin in a paste form. I have the powder version, so I think I will try with dabbing a bit of ivermectin powder over the spot/s after the DMSO application or alternatively mix some ivermectin powder into it.

While writing I decided to do it straight away. I was scheduled for a surgical removal of a little red spot on the 22nd of October but cancelled it as I thought to instead try with DMSO, which I have been doing now for a week (mixed with a 5% CBD balm). The spot, is just a little red spot which has been there for around 20 years and somehow just stays without developing one way or the other. It has gotten smaller since I started applying DMSO and now I added a dusting of ivermectin to the mix. The DMSO is a gel with Aloe Vera (70/30% ratio). I will report back.
