Okay. This is weird. This video was just published a few hours ago. The host points out that he has discovered all live webcams are down in London over multiple websites. One website does show an image on Westminster bridge, but the image is frozen and shows as being from 83 days ago.
His discovery was seemingly prompted by the fact that the police are asking for anyone to come forward with cctv or camera footage relating to the recent Westminster bridge fight/stabbing. He thought there must be lots of cameras in London that captured something and so started to search and found this fact that all the public webcams are down.
