„Am I Racist?“ (2024)

A new movie by Matt Walsh is out and this time he explores the topic of racism.

In his latest Facebook post he said:
“Am I Racist?” has a 99% verified audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, which means that 99% of the people who actually went and saw it liked the movie. That’s pretty mind-blowing. On Rotten Tomatoes, we're very accustomed to seeing the trend where conservative films have high audience scores but low critic scores.

In our case, it's an even more stark contrast because you've got a 99% audience score and no score for mainstream critics. Maybe this will change today or tomorrow but, up to this point, precisely zero mainstream critics or publications have reviewed the film. Usually, if they don't agree with you politically, they'll reflexively give you a bad review. What we're discovering is if they really, really don't agree with you and possibly even hate you, then they'll just refuse to acknowledge that your movie exists at all.

Oh boy what a pickle! Of course the critics are silent; if they write a positive review on the movie, they will be called racist, and if they write a negative review, they will be again called racist. 🤣

Can’t wait to see the movie, and in the meantime, here is a trailer:

" ...if they really, really don't agree with you and possibly even hate you, then they'll just refuse to acknowledge that your movie exists at all."

I watch a lot of documentaries and movies and also noticed this interesting phenomena.

Both Left-bent and Right-bent movies and documentaries usually have wildly inaccurate IMDB ratings.

If you look at the rating distribution, the ratings are mostly 1's or 10's, with very few accurate, fair, normal ratings of between 4 and 8.

The "no Critic ratings" phenomena does tend to happen only to Right-bent movies and documentaries.

I have watch the recent interview of Matt Walsh by Joe Rogan. From it I have the impression that this movie is even better than "What's a woman". Among other things he mention that most participant to the movie have now deleted their social account medias.

I haven't watched it yet, but this looks really interesting, to me. I find the definition of certain words, especially those of a negative connotation like "racist" are constantly being expanded upon to so that any group of people have their perceived right to be offended (and therefore "right")

A dictionary definition of Racism, from merriam-webster.com :

A belief that race is a fundamental determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race

But the current social definition seems to have morphed recently to be :

You are perceived to have white skin, and have said or done something to cause potential offence to someone who does not have white skin

I haven't watched it yet, but this looks really interesting, to me.

It will be an hour of Walsh ridiculing Leftist rhetorical acrobatics to make all White People guilty of Racism.

Then 15 minutes of Walsh proudly proving how "not Racist" Republicans are.

Basically, accepting Marxism with his head held high, the thing Republicans specialize in.

I watched about 20 minutes of it and got bored.

Walsh specializes is ridiculing Leftists by pointing out their Hypocrisy.

That gets old pretty quick. "Yea, Leftists are hypocrites. And ?"

I thought it was much better than that. It's not just about leftists, but a commentary on modern society as a whole. And the part with the professor at university was priceless. Sure, most of us weren't surprised, but for a lot of people it probably had more impact than seeing a tweet here and there. OSIT.

I completely agree !

Here it is (English dialogues with French subtitles) :

Just watched. Very impressive. It seemed to increase my emotional involvement as the video moved along. Brought out quite well the inherent evil of the whole woke movement, particularly by focusing on the destructive element of transgenderism. Everyone with a conscience needs to watch this.
Congrats Matt Walsh on the powerful and impacting "What Is a Woman"

I have reservations about this movie.

The polemics against the ponerised, anti-white woke are well-deserved, low-hanging fruit. But knowing the publisher The Daily Wire and its stance on Zionism and Israel, I also have a strong feeling it will say nothing whatsoever about the racist ethnic cleansing and settler-colonialism of that state. That will be a glaring absence in light of the fact that it's the most blatant example of the psychopathic dimension of racism on the world stage today. Instead I have a feeling we will be subject to people waving the Palestinian flag and making fools of themselves. I also doubt the film will cover how the overwhelming amount of white people pushing the woke agenda, mass immigration, and so on are themselves Jewish.

You can't talk about racism in the world today without talking about Zionism. A film coming out about race from this publisher is likely just designed to gatekeep boomers and keep them from wandering off the plantation of the Postwar Consensus. But we'll see when it comes out, I suppose.

I agree WC that Matt Walsh's job is to gatekeep people from wandering off the Zionist plantation, but he is targeted at people way younger than Boomers.

His demographic is the same one they target with clowns like Jordan Peterson, Joe Rogan, Gavin McInnis, and Tim Pool.

Way more spicy than Boomers can tolerate, but never, ever stepping outside the Overton Window of "Nationalism for Jews But Not for You".

Good catch @whitecoast. I was so emotionally moved by the movie that I totally missed the obvious contradiction of who Matt Walsh is aligned with. ie The Daily Wire! and what he is purporting to expose. It should be as obvious as the nose on my face. Attention Matt Walsh. You can't claim the high road when your boss is part of an ongoing genocide. BTW, haven't seen Shapiro lately. Hypocrisy sucks:mad:
