Seems like extreme weather conditions all around the world are becoming every day happenings, I was wittiness of something called "pijavica", actually multiple mini tornadoes followed by heavy rain, floods and strong winds, this weather phenomena was pretty rare in Dalmatia but in last 10 years it is becoming standard weather condition especially due to the high sea temperatures.
