So I found out today about my results out of the four biopsy on one of them they found something and this is what they forwarded to myself about it.

"As per our conversation earlier today on the phone, we have your biopsy results back from your Aug 29/12 appointment.
We took 3 biopsies; 2 were normal and 1 showed Level 2 Moderate High Grade changes.
If you think of it like a ladder, at the very bottom is Normal, 2 steps up the ladder are Low Grade or Level 1 changes (AIN1). These are considered non-worrisome. Half way up the ladder is Level 2 Moderate High Grade changes (AIN2), and a couple of steps further up is Level 3 Severe High Grade changes (AIN3). The very top of the ladder would be Cancer.
So we would like to keep an eye on these changes because they have the potential of perhaps one day progressing to cancer.
On a positive note, these High Grade changes usually progress over a long period of time, usually a decade. They can also spontaneously regress or get better on their own.
In our clinic, you have the option to be randomized to 1 of 2 treatments to "treat" the High Grade changes to try to destroy the "bad" cells and allow normal cells to grow back. This means you do not have the option to pick which treatment you want, however 1 treatment is not better than the other.
The 2 treatments we use are the same types of treatments used to get rid of anal warts:
1) Painting the high grade lesion with a strong acid once every 2 weeks, for 4 appointments. The treatments are quick and relatively painless, but inconvenient due to the number of appointments.
OR
2) Burning with InfraRed Coagulator (IRC) laser. We find the lesion, inject lidocaine/numbing and then burn the lesion, leaving a scab. The needle to freeze/numb the area is the most uncomfortable part. It will feel like a bee sting from about 3 seconds. Once the freezing takes hold, you will not feel anything after. You will be fine to walk out of the clinic. When the numbing/freezing starts to wear off in 30 minutes we expect you to have mild to moderate anal pain for which we will give you a prescription for pain relievers. We expect you to have some bleeding with bowel movements for a few days after. There is an increased risk of complications with the IRC laser however the most serious complication which is infection only happens about 5% of the time. The initial treatment for infection would be some antibiotics.
The other option is to not do any treatment right now and monitor for any progression of the cell changes."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------end.
My concern is them making something like this spread in me by cutting me open and allowing this virus into my system, is this possible or am I being paranoid?
I spoke with the doctor when he did the biopsy and I expressed that anything I decide to do, I want it to be the most natural way if at all possible. I would like to try and resolve this through diet, Laura you spoke about the "Ketogenic Diet" and DMSO in combination with a low carb diet, I have to read more on "Ketogenic Diet" thread so I can get a better understanding what this diet is and what I need to do and buy to start this diet or life change.
I am not sure what I am to do now because the last time I trusted the medial doctors with my health they had me on Cholesterol pills and sleeping pills and I am trying to prevent making my body toxic and making myself feel toxic as well. Finally my energy and my mind is finally coming clearer and I don't want to mess anything up, so any suggestions either on starting the Ketogenic Diet, and or just from people that have been in similar situation and what they did and how they started to make these changes would be helpful.
