I found this document on the Black Vault website. It shows the CIA attempts to scientifically describe how the universe works in order to explain the OBE and remote viewing and exiting the space-time dimension. I know it is the CIA research (based on Monroe's work with the OBE) thus should be read with a critical mind, but nonetheless it is an interesting insight into the PTB attempts to describe the metaphysical reality.

What do you guys think about it?
I personally like the 18th point where they describe the Absolute. Did they just described God? Also their definition of consciousness as energy is interesting.
If anything it is an interesting read.
