Haha, how bizarre the synchronicity! I had in my mind to join myspace for a couple weeks since a good friend in America (who I dont have much contact with these days) sent me an email invitation to join. I thought that it was some kind of chat-type thing so I signed up today. Well, its not that at all really but nevertheless I went about filling in the numerous forms which basically provides information on your entire life's history & uploading photos. Well, I was most of the way through and something in my head made me question what I was doing.
I looked at all the information I had provided and its basically an accurate psychological, geographical, historical, visual & personal profile of myself. Given the fact that the FBI & other agencies seem to have no problems in taking data from websites, I just felt uneasy at exposing myself so much. Yeah, I could fake all the information but whats the point in that - So I cancelled the account an hour after signing up!
There's been plenty of talk about privacy on this forum and casschat, and I'm sure that if any governmental entity who wants to know, will already know as much as they want about me - but I did feel a really strong urge not to expose myself on this site and I had to go with my gut reaction to cancel the account. Yeah... but it's where a shit ton of my friends digitally interact with eachother, and i've posted dozens of links to stories/articles that we talk about here. While one day it will delete all those posts and censor all info that is critical it doesn't YET, and until it does i'll continue to use it to spead info and raise awareness of the current situation. In fact, ill post that article right now Thanks Ryan.

It's interesting how Myspace and Facebook have an increasing number of users worldwide by days. When I joined the Myspace site back in first day of Jan 2006, I didn't think of it much when I put up my info until I realized it can be used against me. "Once it's up, it'll never be deleted." Now, I have very few info, just vague, on there. And, this site have a habit of getting to people whereas if you didn't comment on my page, I'll get mad and delete you from my friends' list. It seems, in my observation and my experience, that this kind of behavior was triggered by an obsession to Myspace. My mom noticed in my behavior that I was getting "mean" than "kind-hearted" that she knew, and she told me that I should spend less time on the site and never take anything personally on there.
Would it be possible that by being on this site that people's negativity would increase (thus feeding the STS beings)?

A warning to anyone that decides to join that veritable plethora of mindless idiosyncratic neurosis - you may be unable to ever get rid of it as the delete function exists but is apparently disabled, so it's really just decorative. I set up a page a while ago that is essentially blank with no personal info or content of any sort just so my "friend" can post a few comments because she had a page and of course that meant I just *had* to make one, I mean like, everybody who is anybody is on like, myspace, you know? Later I decided to get rid of it and could not. The delete function on that site does not work, it never sends confirmation email as it says it does, it does nothing. I submitted a request to the staff to manually delete my page (they also supposedly offer that service if their normal delete function fails for whatever reason), and of course, nothing ever happened, there were no replies, no action taken. I tried it a bunch of times over the course of a few weeks or more, and eventually I gave up and let it collect e-dust.
Brent, speaking from my experience on ATS (another plethora of mindlessness and noise with psychopaths at the top), there was very little benefit and mostly just detriment from my presence there. The attacks canceled out the benefit and actually ended up in detriment for all involved. Most people do not know how psychopaths function, how manipulation works, how they can twist language and distort meanings and obfuscate statements to confuse a normal person and influence them to think what the psychopath wants, and how the normal person's mind is already almost hopelessly ponerized and distorted and confused by the pathocracy and therefore the psychopath's twisted arguments WILL make sense to them and will be like a hot knife on butter - but YOUR arguments will be the enemy and wrong. So whenever I would link to the cass website or in general just try to inject some sanity into the equation, it became exactly what the C's said happens to "love and light" when it is sent to those who do not want it - it is turned into buckets of vomit and does only harm to the receiver and to the sender. So if my posts alone could've made people curious and potentially help, the attacks that instantly flooded the thread vilified the SOTT team and anything I said and they said, and the attackers did it so convincingly and with such seeming "authority" and distortions, the mind of the average ATS reader was very easily told what to think, what perspective to take, and as a result MANY more people were set against SOTT just because they were susceptible to such influence due to their own ponerologically-infected ignorance.
In other words, I've learned that you cannot engage the enemy on its own territory and on its own terms, ever, or you are going to do a LOT of damage. You have to think strategically about this, it's a war, and the battle on one side is to enslave human minds, on the other side is to create the possibility for the mind to be free and to keep honking that horn. But I think the biggest reason that we cannot compete with the enemy on their own terms is because their methods are vastly different than ours - we do not try to influence/manipulate people into a particular perspective but only to help them (IF they ask, and while in the enemy's hands people do NOT ask!) how to NOT be influenced or manipulated, we can only speak truth and use logic and data to support ourselves instead of distorting reality to force someone to think what we want them to think - that's what the enemy does. And this is the problem - if a typical person does not yet know the methodology of seeking truth and cannot yet think critically and understand how subtle yet powerful manipulation works on their mind, then going toe to toe with a psychopath is futile because you're going against 2 psychopaths - the one in the person's mind, the predator, and the external psychopath that works in concert with the predator mind already. It's like trying to convince a dog that you're a good guy in the presence of the dog's owner who tells the dog otherwise, and the dog is already firmly conditioned to obey the owner, and more than that, to think like the owner. As you can imagine, that would be futile in the extreme and you better grab your nuts and run if you have half a neuron firing in your head. You cannot "change" a dog when it's in the presence and on a leash of its owner who has full power over the dog, who tells the dog the direct opposite of what you're telling him. The only possible hope is to approach that dog when he's alone and even then the dog must want your help, but at least when he's not in the presense of the owner, there is SOME possibility of this, but when with the owner, there is 0% possibility of it and 100% possibility that the dog will hate you, that and you won't have nuts anymore.
The part where this analogy isn't exactly accurate is that an actual dog cannot be "enlightened" and helped to think and learn, it can only be re-conditioned to like you with manipulative techniques, but in reality we're not trying to re-condition people, but completely the opposite, help them (means they have to ask) remove their conditioning. But where this analogy holds true is, while people's conditioning IS intact and they are on a leash and in the presence of their master (a psychopath), we stand absolutely no chance to do any good for them, and only will end up doing harm and as usual end up with a distinctive lack of nuts. You may think that it may be not so bad for Laura because she doesn't have nuts so she has an advantage here, but you must remember that she has many times been described as having some "huge balls" for doing what she does, so I guess that would mean that she probably has bigger nuts than most people on the planet which means that she must really be impeccable in her actions and avoid dogs at all costs! :P
As I understand it, we all need to present our side (objective reality) with impeccable timing and methodology, which allows the people who read it some room to breathe and to think and potentially have some chance to wake up and consider what is said. This means we have to do our best to make sure that deviants (read: the dog's owner) are not given the opportunity to instantly do a come-back and bring the person's mind instantly back into total submission, confusion, and disconnect from reality which totally cancels out anything of value that you may have been saying or offering. So that requires this forum to be moderated, and the SOTT page as well. ATS, and MySpace and similar stuff are enemy territories so while I personally have chosen to avoid such things as a means to "distribute info", if you do choose to do this, please keep the above in mind and be wise as a serpent but gentle as a dove.
