My friend recently urged me to read this book by Ervin Laszlo - Science and the Akashic Field: An Integral Theory of Everything.

_http://www.amazon.co.uk/Science-Akashic-Field-Integral-Everything/dp/1594771812/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1239696251&sr=1-1

Now, I searched for 'akashic field' and 'Ervin Laszlo' on the forum, but found nothing. I'm shortly ordering some other books from Amazon and I was just thinking maybe I should purchase this book also. Has anyone here read Ervin Laszlo - is he someone who should be taken "seriously"?

I probably should read the book and then construct my own opinion based on the contents, but since there's so many other books to read (and not that much money to spend-I should add ;) ) I really would appreciate someones opinion on this one.

Rupert Sheldrake briefly mentions this book in the revised edition of his book A New Science of Life, but I haven't checked it out. Might be worth taking a look at!
