on this site you can see the date and picture for each day and hours where the sand cloud is. The darker the area/cloud the more sand coming and falling to the ground.

At this point, I struggle with a cough, which is very annoying. I cough yellow phlegm. I thought that I caught cold, but after drinking vitamin C did not stop. Do not know if it will help put on a mask. But I will buy mask tomorrow. I have no other symptoms.

If it is sand then a mask should help. Showering twice a day and changing your clothes every day would perhaps be a good idea too.
I'd recommend lots of NAC to help your lungs out.

I agree, those were my thoughts, as well. NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) will hopefully help until you are able to lower your exposure and recover. NAC is also the precursor for Glutathione one of the master antioxidants that recycle each other, such as Vit C, and E, after neutralizing free radicals / reactive oxygen species (ROC), etc. and becoming oxidized themselves. The antioxidants work by lending electrons and neutralizing free radicals so that they don't steal electrons from body tissues, or important substances in metabolic processes, etc. The more of the important antioxidants in the system, the more they recycle each other after being oxidized without necessarily needing new sources of it. But Glutathione is not very effective to supplement orally, while NAC is.
