Been having this problem finding healthy snacks to munch on throughout the day, and I've been eating a lot of 'roasted salted cashews' but when I read the label they were always roasted with some sort of vege oil and we all know that's not good... so recently I figured I'd just take some raw cashews, drizzle some coconut oil on em and then salt em myself.
The results pretty awesome and its tasty. Just took a pound of raw cashews, about 2 tables spoons of liquified coconut oil and a table spoon or so of sea salt and shook em up in a baggy. Presto! Healthy tasty snack!

I know the vege oil is horrible stuff which is why I was depressed to find that my cashews were soaked in it but I can buy them raw at my local health place and just try doing what Puck has mentioned. I remain hopeful and will let ya know! ;)
