Current courtroom drama has the presiding judge enter a plea of not guilty, even though his attorney was not ready to enter plea this morning.

Here we have an almost all inclusive shot of the theater. You can see there is neatly uniformly spilled popcorn compliments of a brainless setup crew that assumed everyone ate their popcorn to the same level at exactly the same time and just had to all throw it the same way, but what you won't see is BLOOD ON THE SEATS (the white spots are "forensic tags", not bullet damage,) as you will see in subsequent photos.
Here we have a shot of the seats with the covers ripped off. The first picture shows a totally intact theater. Why would they rip the seats like that? (I have the answer.) Notice no blood got through to the foam AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THAT THE CLARITY OF THIS NEXT PHOTO PROVES THE SEAT COVERING FABRIC IS NOT OBSCURING ANY BLOOD WITH COLOR OR CONTRAST MATCHING ISSUES, THEY HAVE ONLY THE NORMAL THEATER SPILLS/STAINS AND THAT IS ALL THERE IS TO IT:
Here we have a picture of the bullet trajectory tracing markers (no blood on seats here either) yet there is not one unobscured photo of a bullet hole in any photos released.
AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, in this dead giveaway photo, the metal is not pushed outward around the bullet holes under that thin tape the way it would be if real bullets passed through that metal. WHY? BECAUSE THE HOLES THE MARKERS ARE PUSHED INTO WERE DRILLED WITH A POWER DRILL, THAT'S WHY!
A drill is the only way you can put a hole in metal without putting a dimple in it! To hide the fact there were no bullet holes in fabric (which a drill could not simulate) they ripped the seats up in the previous photo, even though the first photo shows them all perfectly intact (the white spots are "forensic tags", not bullet damage.)

Aurora theater shooter transferred to a different prison

KUSA – The man convicted (framed) of murdering 12 and injuring at least 70 inside an Aurora movie theater is currently being held in isolation at the Colorado State Penitentiary in Canon City.
The Colorado Department of Corrections quietly transferred (you mean that "they" wore tennie shoes?Or what?) James Holmes to the maximum security prison earlier in September.
Multiple sources tell 9Wants to Know Holmes is being held in an area of the prison that does not allow him direct contact with other prisoners. In addition, the state has yet to put his name or mugshot on the Department of Correction's website, as is customary for other prisoners.

"Offender Holmes is currently classified as a close custody offender and is in transitional housing at Colorado State Penitentiary. He is not in maximum security status housing. The robot entered the apartment and photographed the scene, and a team of experts dismantled the devices over the period of two days, according to USA Today. Police found incendiary devices, 10 gallons of gasoline and about 30 aerial shells used in commercial fireworks. See the robot's footage of the apartment below.
With the help of a robot, bomb experts defused the neuroscience researcher's elaborate setup of soda bottles, wires, gasoline and homemade bombs in the aftermath of the shooting in order to make the building safe for residents, who were evacuated, according to NBC News.
"This apartment was designed to kill," Aurora Police Chief Dan Oates said in 2012, according to the newspaper. Oates said Holmes received a "high volume" of deliveries of materials and ammunition. Over the course of four months, Oates said, the suspect had at least 50 packages shipped to his home and to the University of Colorado, where he worked.

Holmes, 27, was formally sentenced in August to life in prison. He was spared the death sentence (can't let a good thing go to waste, think of the money spent to stage all this) when the jury was unable to come to a unanimous decision.

Cinemark, America’s third largest movie theater chain, is seeking nearly $700,000 from the victims and families of a 2012 shooting at one of their theaters in Aurora, Colorado. A state jury ruled last month that Cinemark was not liable for the incident, and now the conglomerate is seeking $699,187.13 in legal fees from the plaintiffs.

On June 2012, 24-year-old James Holmes opened fire in the Century Aurora 16 cineplex, killing 12 people and wounding 70. Some victims were killed trying to protect others.
Survivors of the shooting and families of victims took the chain to court in a separate federal case on charges of negligence, claiming that the attack could have been prevented with better security. That case was dismissed. Marc Bern, the lawyer for the almost 30 plaintiffs said the weeklong trial rendered an "unjust verdict."
This maneuver appeared to some to be especially cold, given that three of the five hospitals that treated the shooting victims either forgave or discounted medical bills. Children’s hospital said, in a statement, after the shooting, "We are committed to supporting these families as they heal."
In civil cases, the winners typically have the option of dropping whatever costs are levied, so while it seems in bad taste to ask for money from victims, the corporation may be using the dollars as a tactic to prevent further litigation.
Final totals have to be approved by judges before people have to pay, so there’s a possibility that people involved in the case may not have to pay at all, but the coercive nature of the countersuit may shield Cinemark from having to spend more time in court.
Using a different tactic, families of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, which also occurred in 2012, focused on the manufacturers of the gun that the shooter used when he killed 26 children before killing himself on December 14. They argued that selling and marketing the AR-15 assault rifle, a gun designed for use by the military and trained professionals, to civilians constitutes negligence on the part of the companies.
Timothy D. Lytton, in an article for The New Republic wrote that, given the policies of some retailers, the plaintiffs might have a case. "…some gun manufacturers have sold semiautomatic assault weapons in the form of complete parts kits in order to avoid federally mandated background checks that apply to the sale of firearms but not firearm parts. Others continue to supply retail stores that they know sell hundreds of guns traced to crimes every year," he said.
