I appreciate it's rather blase to say "you just can't make this stuff up" but we are definitely seeing into another reality or at least the grooming of a generation to populate that reality. Cosmetic companies must be rubbing their hands together embracing this new clientele. Lots of twilight zones appearing.

Her use of the phrase "Circle back" when ever she can't answer a question has become a joke of epic proportions.
Pre-screening the questions from reporters has turned it into a much better "scripted show" for the Democrats, and her panicked use of "circle back" won't be heard anymore....

Totalitarians are almost invariably absurd, which is why they always move to ban humour by punishing anyone who tells a joke. I'm surprised I haven't seen a narrative that the mockery of Psaki is misogynistic or whatever.
Look for them to start putting as many diversity hires as possible in public-facing positions. Next step, introduce hate speech laws. Final step, define any joke told about a diverse person - especially including jokes that have nothing to do with whatever protected characteristics they display - as hate speech, and therefore legally actionable. A few high-profile cases in which crimespeakers get 10 years in the pen for unauthorized jokes, and they'll have their desired chilling effect.

The ever-revolting New York Times just published a concern-trolling humblebrag about how a source in Big Tech leaked the location data of cell phones that were in the vicinity of the Capitol on 1/6, and how they were able to deanonymize the data in order to reveal the IDs of the rally attendees. In the course of pretending to wring their hands over what this means for privacy, they doxxed a guy who was there.
Pretty obvious that this was just them sending a message to everyone: we're watching you, we're tracking you, and even if law enforcement can't legally use the data there's nothing stopping anonymous actors in the private sector from using it to ruin you.

Watching AOC lie and wax hysteric about how big a victim she was during the (Antifa-led) storming of the capitol building, you can see folks getting all wound up, adding steam to their emotions, building up their argument to justify institutionalized murder.

They have total control now of all levers of power, money influence that they believe that they have won. They no longer have any reason to hide their total revulsion toward the plebs. Killing people is justified by by the very idea that the inferior are unworthy of their attention.
The future shock will come when all of their plans suddenly unravel and they will suddenly lose control of the very foundation of their success. That will happen when the playing field is suddenly leveled and their total control of the levers of power, money and influence vanishes. There is no way that they will ever suspect this disruption of their global control plans.
