bike riding vs. driving motor vehicle

Anybody ever hear about the infinite gear transmission I think...davinci designed? I'd swear somebody actually made one. Anyways, no one is truly mechanicly inclined! Patience is the key. You can spend an hour loosening one bolt, and then you figure out you didn't need to remove it! That's where everybody quits. I don't recommend anyone buying a vehicle that's newer than 1999. You could even put a little 2 stroke motor on your bike rather easily if you wanted to.

On topic, I haven't had a car in a year and absolutely love cycling. the best part is not having to worry about parking. I ride everywhere and when I can't, the bus gets me there in an hour anyway.
Just be safe and remember that the same laws apply to you on a bicycle as in a car! At least around here, you can be fined for riding on the sidewalk.

Rather expensive is correct. Almost $2000...fwiw, I think if someone has the funds to spend hundreds, it might be a better idea to invest in an electric bicycle (starting at a few hundred) and it's a combo.
You can ride it like a normal bike or switch to the battery.
