The Living Force
Biohackers
There are people who experiment with unconventional variants incorporating technological devices in the human body. They are called biohackers and was trying to compensate for some technology physical deficiency or to create new opportunities for your body.
Biohackers from California joined the group Science for the Masses found that people allow night vision. Drops are made to contain a substance for enhancing the reception of light. The drops are injected into the eye, and it is necessary to wear black contact lenses to be visually impaired to a minimum. I can see at night in the distance up to 50 meters. The first testers are in the dark objects identified 100 percent successful.
One artist from New York, Anthony Antonellis installed herself under the skin on the hand with a chip radio frequency that can send photo smartphone to scan the part of the hand. The chip has an animated gif of 10 frames and 6 colors.

Rich Lee was faced with blindness. He has incorporated magnets in ears to enhance the ability to recognize sounds. But it is a very dangerous procedure. Neil Harbissonu are, however, incorporated in the head electronic eye that the camera frequency colors around him transformed into sound vibrations and allows him to hear colors. His first chip was embedded in his head, and then the doctors installed a device like a cochlear implant.

Connecting the human body with technological devices, today doesn't sound any more like science fiction.

There are two types of biohackers,
first group is the one who pushes the world into a vicious transhumanism (above mentioned),

and the other, the darling one, doing things and experiments that are much more "organic".

The main thing that separates a biohacker from the rest of the self-improvement world is a systems-thinking approach to our own biology.

Their mantras are: What you put into your body has an ENORMOUS impact on how you feel!

As one of my favorite biohaker, Dave Asprey, says:
We all know this. What we eat and drink is one way we alter our state.

Music is another. If you put on smoooooooooooth jazzzzzzzz, you’ll feel different than if you blast T-T-T-TECHNO.

The things we put in our stomach and ears are inputs into our biology.

As humans, we are complex systems. What goes into us affects what comes out of us, and I’m not just talking about our poop. Our behaviors, our health, and our performance in all areas of life are outputs.

If we want better outputs—to have more energy and focus, to be free of disease, to have a better memory, to perform optimally in business and athletics—then let’s tweak the things we put into our body and mind to stack the deck in our favor.

Biohackers use the tools of the Quantified Self to measure these inputs and outputs, and to experimentally test the effect of different tweaks.

As I mentioned earlier, biohacking is about getting your hands dirty and learning from experience.

So that brings me to the conclusion that Biohacking is just a fancy name for what we all do here and push back the years...
I mean, when you give something so sound and powerful name ... it gives you the opportunity to brand your own system / learning and making money.

But on the other hand, I am happy that so good ideas and ideas are populated:
- Breathing techniques
- Cancer prevention
- Ketosis
- Cognitive performance
- Cold exposure techniques
- Improving energy.
- Improving sleep.
- Reduce stress
- Inflammation
- Paleo diet / protocol
- Workouts

Here's a good list with a couple of cockle:

These are my favorites biohackers, I do not count a bunch of wise heads from the forum:
Dave Asprey, Wim Hof, Dr. Jack Kruse, Nora Gedgaudas, Ben Greenfield.
