I agree, the days i eat minimal veggies or no fruits I function much better, especially mentally!

What a brilliant idea :D It does make me wonder if this can work with nettle/herbal teas..

I've found it to be quite yummy in chamomile tea and green teas so far.

Pork fat in hot water is soothing. Can't remember the last time I drank black tea, nor how it tastes.
