Blood group question

I have a question: while reading The Adventures, Laura asked the Cs if Frank was an alien hybrid because he has blood type B negative.

Q: (A) What is the test of being an alien hybrid? One is this blood type, what is another?
A: No criteria, but subjects of this nature seem "off-center" by terrestrial standards. However, the truest nature of this subject is as of yet undiscovered.

I have two relatives who have this blood type and would like to know if this is indeed the case. If so, what exactly does it mean to be a hybrid.

Hybrid means someone who has some alien genetics, but the C's answered "No criteria" except a "off-center nature by terrestrial standards".
