Brace Yourselves For War Between Iran and Israel

Why is an announcement made beforehand instead of just doing it? It seems such a preannounced plan is likely to fail if revealed before the action is initiated. But, in this case, is it a warning to Trump to cease hostilities? And, now we see what Russia alluded to about "possible radiological catastrophe."

It would appear that this war can and will escalate beyond the pale. (Pale horse anyone?)
Yeah the situation is very serious, and I hope it’s just a warning for “Trump”.

Again the "attempt to stop" Trump after bombing a country and now days after doing the same. They describe themselves as the movie cops, always coming to the end!

Keep celebrating.

I would hope that more critical leadership in the world would observe and learn from what Putin is doing.

For a long time I think (besides otherworldly protections) there are some very concrete and pretty easy things he is doing:

First: He doesn’t have and/or uses any cellphones. And likely also close people like his bodyguards don’t use them at least at crucial times.

Second: He seems to use another pretty simple and low tech solution: unpredictability, meaning, that when exactly he goes where and how seems always fluid and not set fixed in stone beforehand, and probably Putin himself decides without telling anyone when exactly he goes where and how.

In such a high tech age such low tech measures can be pretty effective I think.

So I hope that at least some of Irans leadership are doing something like this.

I wonder if it’s to do with the fact that the Iranian command is a ‘mosaic’, decentralised structure rather than having a centralised command. And so maybe they’re using social media posts like this to communicate to each other what their individual teams plans are?

I'll warn them too. Watch out, I'm going to strike there soon! What are you planning to do? Or maybe I'll strike somewhere else, or maybe not, I'm undecided, we'll see!

The US regime is using its usual terror techniques: Bombing schools, hospitals, resident areas, for a maximum death count with terrorism as a bonus. It's the same strategy since the 50's or before. Even HogSeth talks openly of "death and destruction" as if channeling a demoness. The Iranians know they cannot defeat militarily the US and NATO alone (because they are alone, don't count China or Russia or whoever). The strategy apparently is that of attrition, where the goal is to survive (there is a saying that resistance wins by surviving) while the attacker exhaust itself and collapses. What people tend to overlook is the economic consequences outside of the region. Even EuroNazis consider maybe receiving some gas from Russia, though they attacked a Russian ship in the Mediterranean (with no consequence).
As for the torpedoe incident, while it smell nazi-like, during WWII even the nazis after torpedoing a ship, they didn't let the sailor to drown. We've been in the worst than nazis for some time now.
Well said. "Hogseth," I'm borrowing that!

A lot more has happened, but I don’t want to spam, even tho I’m spamming a little bit, but I just think these are important info. In short, looks like Iran and Hezbollah are bombing Israel heavily… Gulf countries are also still being hit
That's ok, so long as you're keeping an eye on what's already been posted in the thread, 'breaking news updates' are appreciated by those who aren't tracking developments on X, Telegram, etc.

Hegseth is gloating that it's the first torpedoing of a ship since WW2.

It's also Nazi-like to do a sneak attack on a vessel that is far from the 'war theater'.

Yeah, turns out even the Nazis weren't as dishonorable, and it was, in fact, the Allies who started this particular "spiral of dishonor":

Pete Hegseth said this was "the first sinking of an enemy ship by a torpedo since WWII" (which is false, but that's beside the point), so I decided to look at what happened in WW2 and... this might surprise no-one: turns out the Nazis were more humane than the Americans.

Probably the most abject part here is that the warship had many survivors - 32 to be precise (https://apnews.com/article/sri-lanka-iran-middle-east-ship-sinking-69191dde43154c5176a8aeacc9128748) - and the U.S. made zero effort to rescue them, despite it being required by the laws of naval warfare and simply being the honorable thing to do.

It took little Sri-Lanka, with its very modest means - especially compared to the $1 trillion US defense budget - to do the honorable thing and launch a (successful) rescue operation.

Even the literal Nazis, during WW2, rescued the survivors of ships their U-boats sank. It was considered a matter of basic honor.

The history of this is actually interesting: the Nazis rescued survivors all the way until the so-called Laconia Incident in 1942 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laconia_incident).

The Laconia was a British troopship sunk by U-156, a German U-boat, off the West African coast. Right after the sinking, the Nazis immediately began rescuing over 400 survivors, broadcasting - as was common practice - in plain English their position on open radio channels to all Allied powers nearby, so they wouldn't get attacked during the rescue.

That's when a US B-24 "Liberator" bomber attacked the submarine anyway, even though all the rescued survivors were on its foredeck. The B-24 killed dozens of Laconia's survivors with bombs and strafing attacks, forcing U-156 to cast into the sea the remaining survivors that she had rescued and crash dive to avoid being destroyed.

The American B-24 pilots mistakenly reported they had sunk U-156, and were awarded medals for bravery...

This event completely changed Nazi policy on this matter: Karl Dönitz, commander of the U-boat fleet, issued the "Laconiarefehl" - the Laconia Order - forbidding U-boats from rescuing survivors, because the risk to the submarine was now too high.

In other words, the Americans during WW2 essentially forced the Nazis to abandon survivors - from the allied side (!) - at sea. Dönitz at least had an excuse.

The Anglo empire has accumulated a LOT of karmic debt. Eventually, something will have to give.

It is not directly for this topic, but could play a huge role in the energy market for Europe since gas/oil prices are rising since the war in the middle east. Putin likes to think about, stopping all gas supplies for Europe rather soon (except for Hungary and Slovakia). And Europe planned to go „independent“ in 2027/2028 from Russian gas. With that he could be one step ahead and point the threats from Europe against them. I see already Merz and the crazy leading EU women on knees and begging. But this is just wishful thinking. 😉
I watched a short informative 3 minute video on X that illustrates how much ME oil passes through the Strait of Hormuz each day, and which countries will be most heavily affected by an Iranian blockade of the Strait. I also found this post that says the Iranians are only allowing Chinese ships to pass.

Yesterday I went to our local gas station, and even though the prices were relatively the same, I could not fill up because all the diesel and gas reservoirs were empty. Could be a result of people panic buying, but will be interesting to see if it spreads to other gas stations.

Sounds like a good side plan to push green energy and social credit score.

An update from Simplicius:

Some notable bits:

In short: the US is critically weakening itself in a long, drawn-out exchange with Iran which has major second and third-order geopolitical consequences for the US further down the line.

It’s a game of Chicken, with Trump betting on Iran’s socio-political collapse from the overbearing pressure of the Israeli-US ‘shock and awe’ campaign. The problem is, Iranian people appear to have gained solidarity as result of the barbarism inherent to US and Israel’s strikes, rather than losing morale. Not only has their spiritual leader been killed, but a school was bombed, reportedly killing over 160 young girls which has outraged the nation and produced optics sure to radicalize many against the US.

Of course, as I had already predicted weeks ago, the most likely scenario is still both sides becoming exhausted enough to seek off-ramps while both justifiably claiming victory over the other. Justifiable because, depending on your outlook, both sides will have “won” as per their own objectives. Iran gets the moral victory simply by keeping the US-Israeli axis from achieving its chief objectives; despite taking massive damage, Iran will have achieved a humiliation of the US by simply resisting to the end and keeping itself politically intact.

Likewise, US-Israel will have achieved major “victory” by destroying Iran’s leadership, large amounts of its military hardware, and setting it back economically a great deal. Supporters of both sides can reasonably cite their preferred criteria as being consistent with their definition of victory.

No matter who wins, Bloomberg is convinced it’s Russia that’s the true winner of the conflict.
  • US naval vessels are firing Tomahawk missiles at Iran to destroy missile launchers and factories, making it less likely for the US to provide Tomahawks to Ukraine.
  • The conflict with Iran could benefit Russia by draining US missile magazines, driving up global oil prices, and potentially reviving the market for sanctioned Russian energy.
  • A prolonged war with Iran could deplete US capabilities needed to deter challenges from Moscow and Beijing, and may lead to a ceasefire in Ukraine that favors Russia.

For the fourth night in a row, mass demonstrations in support of Iran and its armed forces have continued in Iranian cities

The situation on the streets of Iran is not developing at all as the Israeli and US administrations would like.
