“her gender, her sexuality, and her age difference with her spouse.” Among those attacked was Aurélien Poirson-Atlan, better known under the pseudonym Zoé Sagan on social media. An investigation was opened for “cyberbullying and incitement to commit an offense.”
While the four defendants faced up to two years in prison, they were ultimately acquitted on the grounds of good faith.
