The Living Force
I found this add-on in an article on a french blog/site (Korben)
Name of the Add-on is LeechBlock

I tested in on my customized Brave (browser - old fixed version v1.57.57) installation and it looks to work fine.
Here's a summary of what it does taken from the official website or better say page which is

LeechBlock NG is a simple productivity tool: a web browser extension designed to block those time-wasting sites that can suck the life out of your working day. (You know: the ones that rhyme with ‘Blue Cube’, ‘Space Hook’, ‘Sticky Media’, ‘Quitter’, and the like.) All you need to do is specify which sites to block and when to block them.
LeechBlock is available for Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and other Chromium-based browsers such as Brave, Opera, and Vivaldi.
You can specify up to 30 sets of sites to block, with different times and days for each set. You can block sites within fixed time periods (e.g., between 9am and 5pm), after a time limit (e.g., allow up to 10 minutes in every hour), or with a combination of time periods and time limit (e.g., allow up to 10 minutes in every hour between 9am and 5pm).
The sites to block can be specified using wildcards (e.g., *.somesite.com) and exceptions (e.g., +allowme.somesite.com).
With the lockdown feature, you can block sites immediately for a specified duration.
You can also set a password or random access code for LeechBlock’s options page, just to slow you down in moments of weakness!

I made a try for X (x.com), for which I often spend too much time without seeing it passing.
This is also related to the discussion that followed this post of Scottie in the thread of the 27 September session.

I keep it activated; only for X so far, I will probably modify the settings from time to time.
In a way it would be best not to need it, but this remains a useful tool, knowing that you can select, for instance, not to block the website after X minutes or during certain time, you can simply choose to perform another action, here's a screenshoot of the drop-box list of options :

So it can be used also as a gentle reminder - I tested sepia, but for X, once arrived at the end of the counter, it did not change the color to sepia, I had to reload the page or browse to another section of X to activate it, it visibly does not detect when one continues scrolling.
Note: to access this "Apply filter instead of blocking page" option, the "Show full options" has to be clicked.
